"Life in the sea is certainly better on the sand." Fidele announced as she floated across the ocean floor. Swimming on the ocean was so fun! She couldn't understand why others would prefer the upper land than the lower lands.. Obviously, the lower lands or the sea was much better than anything up there could ever be up there!
Contentedly watching a clown fish float past, "Hm. I wonder what I shall do today?" She murmured out loud to herself. There were many days when and where she was often bored and restless. Sometimes, she wondered if she was the only one of her kind to live underwater. Never in her life, when she was a foal or adult had she spotted another one under the sea.
"It isn't all that bad.." She said, trying to console herself. Occasionally, the dolphins, fishes and turtles would come by and stop to play. At least she had others right? Yep. And when there were countless friends in the sea, there were countless fun.haha, sorry. childish start. XDDDD

He stomped through the sand, sending up bubbles, and sand waves, and fish, and crabs all over the place. Today was boring. He hadn't seen a single person, and he'd just gotten out of his shelly little prison, as he'd deemed his home. He'd been up on the surface too long, and gotten a bit... dried out. So he'd been recuperating, and this was his first time out in a while.
And all of his friends, were gone! Not one was here to play today!
It was quite vexing, really.
So he stomp-bounced across the sea floor, wings propelling him forward faster than his legs alone could.

As she wandered curiously from coral to coral, she caught sight of something out of the corner of her eye. "Hm?" She said, as she perked her ears up. Was it a shark? Or perhaps something else?
And whatever it was, it wasn't very quiet. "Hm, Should I go see what it is?" The question was directed at no one in particular. But curiousity took the better of her, as she glided from the coral to the open area where the sounds were coming from. She didn't stop to think that it may have been a predator, or something even more fierce that she could not have handled herself..
But the sight that greeted her, was quite.. intriguing. "Another Kelpi?" Her eyes widening, as she openly voiced her surprise.

A voice made his ears perk up, and he blinked to see a female standing not far from him, a little off to the side. He immediately flushed in embarassment at getting caught, grateful that his cheeks were dark, so it likely would go unnoticed. "Hello!"
Another kelpi around... which meant... someone to talk to! His red eyes lit up with excitement, and he flung himself in her direction, moving around quickly. "My name is Zahar! Who are you?" He quite resembled a child as he looked down at the other, body quivering in excitement.

"Zahar?" She said with a laugh. "That's certainly an odd name.. But than again, who am I to talk?" She mused, her lips curving into a smile.
The stallion was certainly outgoing! "Well, Zahar. My names Fidele.. And may I ask what brought you here today?" She inquired with a polite expression, that didn't betray the bubbling emotions she felt inside.
Finally, someone else! At the very least, she had someone to talk to. And he seemed pleasant enough~ It might have be naive judgment on her part but the stallion was.. handsome. Or at least, she thought so. But his items and horn indicated that he was from a different regions of the sea unlike her own. Taking a few steps closer to Zahar, until she was within a feet's reach of him, "Well Zahar. Since your here, Do you feel like hanging out together?" She questioned cheerfully, with the best of intentions. she didn't know if Zahar would even hang out with her.. So it would be to ask, right?

"Fidele." He repeated her name several times, testing the sound of it, before giving her a friendly grin. "You have a lovely name." his voice was cautious, as if he wasn't sure if the small compliment was socially acceptable. But at her question about hanging out, his ears visibly perked up and he nodded fervently. "Of course! Hanging out is fun! What games do you like to play?"

"Why, thank you." She replied, with a happy hint to her tone. It was nice to know that others certainly thought so.
And if anything, Zahar loved to play games just like her~! It was odd, yet funny in a way. If she first had to judge the stallion based on appearance, she would have assumed that he would be a mature, and wise stallion. But from what she could see, his personality opposed the entire idea. Instead, she was happily content in knowing that he was a playful, and fun loving stallion.
"Hm. Games, game.." She paused, in thought of considering WHICH game to play.. There were countless possibilities, but she was troubled in choosing just one. "Well.." She began, "We could play with the other sea animals..? or maybe, something else?" She added thoughtfully.

His head tilted to the side, and he glanced around almost petulantly. "I don't see any of my friends around here. It's no fun playing with strange sea-friends I don't know. Some of them spit and sting, and don't even bother to see if you're friends-ly or not before they do it." It was visible that the stallion was speaking from experience. "But if you ask, I'll play with them." He gave the mare a side-long glance. "Or we can play hide-and-seek! Or tag!" His fins stretched out, and he was looking at her with a childish joy in his blood-red eyes. "Or, I can show you all my favorite places to go. On land." He whispered the last as if it were a secret that there was something up there.

"..Land?" She echoed, with a small voice. She was doubtful to believe that the land above could be found enjoyable.. But perhaps it would be different this time. Who knew?
With only a moment's hesitation, 'Sure, why not?" She murmured in reply, adopting a cheerful expression. If Zahar found the land to be fun, than maybe she could find it fun too? After all, she was an adult now, who could handle herself!
"Why don't you lead?" She suggested with a smile.. "I don't really know my way up there.. " Her voice trailing off, as she stared up into the sky of the ocean surface. She could see the shimmering lights above that indicated what was the sky, but her memories had long ago faded, and she no longer remembered what the sky had looked like.

His head tilted curiously at her small voice. "You don't like it up there?"
His voice was more serious now, curious. But then her face changed, to an odd sort of cheerful, and he relaxed a bit. "I don't go far from home." he hastened to assure her. "But they have so many unique places to go!" He turned at her request and propelled himself forward slowly, not sure how fast the mare could move, and not willing to leave his new companion behind. "Have you ever been up there before?"
