So I got my tax return already, and I'll be getting a paycheck on friday. So I'm faced with a certain dilemma here. Come friday, I'll have well over $1000 to my name, plus a good amount from my Best Buy card as well as a little I'd be willing to put on a credit card. So, here are the options I'm looking into, it'll only be one of the options that I decide to go with. - 32" Sharp Aquos for $999-A new 360 with some games - Parts for the computer I'm going to be building-32GB iPod Touch All of these options are very tempting, so I just want some input from the masses to perhaps assist me in my decision making.

Either the TV or the 360.
But for the Ipod, get a classic so you can buy Phase.

I'd say either the PC parts or the 360. The TV's just a overly luxurious item. If you have a TV that works perfectly fine, then there's probably not much of a point to getting a new one other than it has HD. I know you have several MP3 players(unless you got rid of your zune or your PSP) so the Ipod touch is just a bit overkill. The PC on the other hand has function. Quicker, runs better, even play some new games. The 360 would be nice so we on XBL could all play with you again.

My Zune is rubbish and what I was actually going to do in the event of going for the iPod Touch is take it to work and get some store credit under the replacement plan so I'd essentially get $200 towards the $500 that would be the 32GB Touch. I've been using my PSP as a MP3 player, but I don't really like it as one which is why I'm considering the iPod Touch. A new 360 is tempting, especially since I haven't really played with any of you online for a while, and Left 4 Dead is looking cool, however, I'm still feeling the burn of my 360 not reading discs and MS wanting to charge me for the repair.

Might I suggest getting all of that in cash, ones preferably put it all in a bathtub, then proceed to take a money bath. That would be sublime.
Then you can do whatever else. Let people handle your dirty money.

I've ruled out the TV and the computer parts since neither of them are really that high on my priority list at the moment.

Part-Time Viking I've ruled out the TV and the computer parts since neither of them are really that high on my priority list at the moment. Probably a good idea on the TV. You can get a cheaper model down the line instead of paying too much now.

You can get a cheaper model down the line instead of paying too much now. What did it for me is that I moved from the Sharp to a Samsung model just because the Samsung was better for cheaper, but my store won't be getting any more in and god knows I don't want to put an order in for it, so I'll hold off on that. I've all but decided on going with the 360, just because I love the iPod Touch for it is a awesome little toy... And all I can find is the fugly Halo 3 SE.
