Tabs stands for tablitions.
And online there are 2 different types of tabs.... 1 text tabs, ans 2 Guitar pro tabs. Text tabs are made by word document and has no time written on it so you must know the song you are trying to play inorder to actually play. The Guitar pro is a software used to show both time and notes on the song so it is easier to play in guitar pro then in text. The downside for guitar pro is that you have to buy it......
