My favorite character is Azula, and my favorite moment with her is... God, everything. lol. But in all seriousness, I'd have to say that scene in "The Awakening" when she's telling Zuko why she gave him the credit for defeating the Avatar... And not just because she looked hot in her nighty, although that certainly didn't HURT the scene any. XD

Favorite Character: Sokka, definitely, that guy is pure satire and hilarity.
Favorite moments: Aang: ...this is Appa, my flying bison.
Sokka: And this is Katara, my flying sister.
Sokka: Drink cactus juice, it'll quench ya'. Nothing's
quenchier.
Sokka: ((to Momo)) It was YOU! YOU ratted me out!
Momo: ((Cries))

Well Sokkas not my favorite character [he's up there tho] but one of my favorite moments is in "The Cave of Two Lovers"
sorry if its not EXACTLY right:
Sokka: "So how did you guys get out of the cave?"
Aang: "Just like the legend said, we let love lead the way"
Sokka:"Well we let big ferocious beasts lead ours"

My favorite character is Zuko. Hm, I think my favorite moment with him...

When he redirected the lightning back at Ozai. That was kick-a**.
Humorous-
Zuko: It's not a dance! It's an advanced Firebending technique.
Katara: Oh really, what's it called?
Zuko:...The Dancing Dragon.

My favorite it technically Zuko, but I love him for how socially awkward he is so I don't really have a favorite moment for him. I just laugh my head off and squeal when he's being awkward.
Sokka on the other hand...He's my second favorite and he's actually the reason why I picked up the show. The first episode I ever saw was the Headband, but when he pointed at the puffins and said "Those are enemy birds" I got hooked. Next thing I know, I've downloaded the first two seasons of Avatar and watching it like a hawk.
Recently, my favorite moment with Sokka was during the Day of Black sun when he was gushing the plan at super speeds and complimented Haru for his mustache.
