Or he mostly acts like one, to make others feel at ease around him. He also has... a slightly strange sense of humor. For example, he likes to dance to old 70'ies songs and keeps a silly fish hat above his head, claiming it's a god. He also... talks for the fish good and most often than not, will tell you that the fish god wants you to sacrifice a cookie to it. He also likes panties!
He usually attracts very self-confident ladies, that have whips and aren't afraid to use them to their own gain. In other words, he's usually on errands because of women he doesn't even know. :P
