The Master found away to 'fake his death' as he puts it. Twenty years later he is trying again to become Prime Minister. Being more careful now then before and making it seem like he has only "Britins best interests at heart". But Capt. Jack knows better and finds a way to inform The Doctor of what is going on. The Doctor goes back to Earth to keep an eye on The Master. The Master knows this and manages to arrange for some of The Doctor's 'old friends' to arrive.
Now I know the plot may seem weak, but it will be better as time goes on. Also, I orignally tried this in a different guild, but it didn't work. Only two other people joined......which sucked!

RULES:
*Keep everything at least PG17
*No cybering (that should be obvious)
*No godmodding, instant hits or kills.
*No killing without permission. You need my permission and the permission of the person whose character you are killing.
*You can play character from the show and have an original character
*I AM MORE POWERFUL THEN THE MASTER AND DOCTOR COMBINE! OBEY MY RULES OR DIE VERY SLOWLY AT THE HANDS OF THE CYBERMEN!
*Your OC can be an alien, but no cybermen who loves humans or Daleks who have a changed of heart. I will reject your profile.
*You can play someone from Torchwood even though I don't have them named.
*PM me all profiles with the subject title 'Daleks Ate my Shorts'
*You can have up too two characters not counting the character from the show. With character's from show you can only be one.
Rules for Just Capt. Jack (cause he is special):
*When Capt. Jack dies he is dead for at least 3 posts. Then he can comes back to life.
*You do not need my permission when you kill Capt. Jack. You do however need the permission of the person playing Capt. Jack.
