A few guidelines for rp (if you have any suggestions, please let us know):
--Follow Gaia's Terms of Service. I want to keep this forum so that means nothing above PG-13 level. Gaia pays the server and I don't, so that's that.
--You can role play an original character or one from a fandom.
--Anyone can start an rp thread with any muse, as long as it's somehow related to fantasy-type ideas and a smattering of sci-fi (provided it's not too hardcore science) is fine. Meaning that a setting from "Alien" is probably not ok while Doctor Who will work. But it could admittedly be argued that all of it is fiction so if there are any questions, we'll work it out.
--When you start a thread, please indicate at the top whether it's open to anyone (OTA), restricted to a select few, or even if it starts out between two or three muses and then is OTA.
Be sure to mention the fandom and a quick description of setting would probably be best. We don't need novellas but it would be nice to know my charrie's entering a medieval inn frequented by hobbits and Shrek characters -- instead of Doctor Who's TARDIS or a temple dedicated to the goddess Athena. You know, just to avoid one person writing about candles on the pub tables and another sees a candle tree in front of a god's statue....
That's all I have for now. Any suggestions, comments or questions are welcome and this will be edited as we go along creating this guild.
