Rules
1.) Personal RP topics are only allowed to be made in the following areas: School Grounds, Tower, Dungeons, Common Rooms and Outside of Hogwarts. So please do not make them anywhere else.
2.) Please keep all chatting in the OOC subforum. If you must chat with someone, while in an RP, use (( )).
3.) Please do not make repeat topics. If we see any, we will delete the newest ones.
4.) Before you may proceed with a plot for your character, make sure to have it okayed by one of the staff members. In order to do this properly, create a thread regarding your plot, in the "Character Plots" sub-forum.
5.) No Godmodding. The only time it's alright to godmod someone, is if a friend suddenly has to leave and says "Please godmod us leaving." or something along those lines.
6.) Do not barge into someone else's rp without first getting permission. The only places that are open to everyone, are the common rooms, the great hall, the hospital wing, the house tables, the entrance hall and any special event thread. As for the other threads, you may only post if:
A.) The group of people have posted their characters leaving the designated area.
B.) It's been 5 days since the last post has been made in that thread.
C.) You've gained permission from someone within the group, saying it's alright to join in. Of course, if the thread hasn't been rp'd in, then feel free to start an rp there.
7.) Do not post in the detention hall, UNLESS you have detention. Anyone seen wandering in there randomly, will get an automatic detention and will not be able to leave.
8.) Make sure to show up for the classes you've signed up for. The only way you can move up in years, is to pass classes. Granted, if you do not wish to move up in years, than skipping or simply not signing up is perfectly fine.
9.) Please refrain from using chatspeak/netspeak, n00b speak, invisible speak...etc. We will understand if your english isn't the greatest, or you have problems spelling. However, we will not tolerate those who choose to speak poorly on purpose.
10.) Before you begin to rp, make sure you set up a student profile and then wait for it to be approved. Any posts made outside of the OOC area, will be deleted if you haven't been approved.
11.) Please only create original characters. Do not use the names of the HP characters. We want this to take place years and years after the last book.
12.) There is no need to donate money to the guild, so please refrain from doing so. Instead if you really want to help out, send the trade to the mule account: Headmistress Juniper. Any gold sent to her, will be used to help with future guild needs (or new mule outfits).
13.) Have fun! If we can think of any other rules, we will post them later.
