i kind of understand what you guys mean by that self taught thing??
im watching this video from the 70s and georgia okeefe is in it and she's like "i was getting taught but i realized i was never going to be better than the person teaching me" and she was talking about doing things her own way and shapes coming from her mind
idk all very cool she seemed like a cool lady
i wish i could be like her and just find find stuff and do something original but i'm so easily influenced and i guess ive got a different path n im gonna be one of those people who gets lost in history
also the video convinced me that her flowers are not vaginas

even if you dont take classes or w/e theres still so much to infleunce you theres just so much information to pick up everywhere with advertising and everything and everyone has a chance to learn anything just by observation right, is that a good thing or a bad thing....

 All this talk of vaginae in art always makes me think of that one Judy Chicago piece.
You know, the one that is the table with all the place settings of important artistic women throughout history?

Her flowers look like vaginas because instead of looking at compositions and developing a picture, she subconciously painted multicoloured vaginas to satisfy her p***s envy and her hatred towards the male genitalia, which she thought supressed 'womyn'.
HOW CAN THESE NOT BE A v****a?!

i dont know, i sort of like georgia o'keefe.
i think a lot of her work is sort of calming.
but then, i do enjoy looking at vaginas sooooo
