Okay, so I'm walking from my bus, and there is all this snow and slush around, SO, I walk across the street, to the curb, BUT, when I put my foot on the ice to walk across, it CRACKS, and my entire foot up to my ANKLE is DRENCHED IN FREEZING WATER
GOD
So, I jumped away, and my other foot was buried up to my knee in SNOW
GOD DANGIT

Then, when i was walking to my house, a stupid clump of ice got in my way, and I fell face first into the snow
I HATE SNOW AND SLUSH AND FREEZING COLD WATER

I just wanted to scream

Oh, I know how you feel. We've been having freezing rain here all day and now we have like 2 inches of ice on the road along with elf knows how many inches of snow.

But, we got let out of school 20 minutes early, but I had to trudge home, both feet soaking wet, shoes and socks ruined, covered in snow and slosh, and other annoying stuff
I was so pissed off when I finally came home

Yes, plus I've been watching school closings. They're taking schools off the list D: I only get that feeling on my pant legs, I have a special pair of boots I wear in the snow that can keep my feet warm up to -4 degrees. Maybe getting boots doesn't sound like a bad idea?

I associate with your dislike of the snow. After 06' 07' (I'm from CO we had a series of blizzards) I was so over snow. And they refuse to shovel the bus stops here so I stand on snow and ice every morning (not a comfortable stance) waiting for a bus (that's always late) and freezing my butt off, good thing I got thermolite boots for Christmas (I love you mom). And to worsen it, we're getting these darned chinook winds that sends me ice skating across ice.
I know this summer I'll have to slap myself if I ever complain about how hot it is!
