The alpha female appeared at the mouth of a dark cavern, dropping the limp kit on the lush grass as she examined her surroundings. She was deep in her territory, the rest of the new pack mingling around with each other in the outskirts of their area. Duo-colored eyes fixing on the seemingly lifeless figure, she sighed a little. Poor little Stu, it'd be difficult to readjust him to reasonable norms and manners, but the female needed all the members Karo had been able to produce more or less artificially for her pack's sake.
"Come along then, pipsqueak," she murmured, picking the kit up by the scruff of his neck and venturing into the cavern that dropped below ground and spread out to various chambers, each hosting their own vivid lightsource, of which one seemed to be flitting about nervously. Nuikuru's pixie chittered quietly and fluttered over to examine the kit. The alpha never brought anyone into her adobe. "Shush you," the female murred grumpily, settling Stu down on a mossy patch, peering up. The main chamber was a large one, the ceiling reaching back up to the surface to bring in daylight, while a protective shield kept things from tumbling straight in through the opening.
The cave was supported by elaborate wooden structures here and there, most enhanced with forms of magic to keep the alpha cavern from collapsing. Along the rocky walls lay scattered plenty of shelves containing various objects, some tools, some herbs, some old tomes from the time the Wild Temeo and humane elf race lived close knit together. There was even a place for making fire, most likely for brewing medical substances.
And for the time being, the alpha rested down beside the kit, remaining alert in case he'd stir.

The last thing the little male kit could remember was shredding one of the small trees apart in the little clearing. He thought he was dreaming when he had awoken for just a few seconds and saw another in his sister's clearing. Slowly the little kit opened his eyes. His vision was blurry at first, but as he started to make out his surroundings he started to feel panicked. He was not in the clearing anymore. Instead he was in this walled place but it wasn't a house type wall. He couldn't make it out from this angle.
Jumping up on all fours Stu really began to panic and in his panic he failed to notice the other wild. Turning his head quickly from side to side as he tried to recognize something he quickly became dizzy. Collapsing once more but not passing out this time he shook uncontrollably. "Where am I?! Sister! Are you there!?" He yelled in a panic frenzied yell. He was horribly confused and dizzy and it was making his emotions turn into anger and fear.

Allowing the kit to fret for a moment, Nuikuru merely examined him quietly. As he collapsed and started to tremble, she raised her head and looked down at him. While this kit was of her kin, she couldn't help but to find him slightly repulsive for growing so attached to the nuisance of a Temeo.
"You should really take a breath, pipsqueak."
Not moving from her spot, the wild cocked her head to the side a little. "Or I can of course knock you out cold again, hyperventilating doesn't really work for our kin. Makes you silly in the head." She continued as if there was nothing out of ordinary going on. Should he go crazy she'd just give him a zap to put him out of commission for a while. Raising little kits was not her task, it had never been and in fact, it could never be.
Then again, Stu had a lot of potential, being strong for his age and stage of development, he'd make a good addition to the pack. If the damage of his good for nothing sister wasn't too deep rooted.

When the other wild spoke to him, Stu yelped and tried to back away from her as she looked quite intimidating. 'It's the wild that was in my dream!' He thought still thinking that the previous glimpse of her back in the clearing had been a dream. "Wh-wh-who are you?" he asked his voice stuttering and barely audible now. He didn't know whether to be angry or scared or both. "And wh-what did you do to my sister?" He tried calming himself down a bit as he looked at the very intimidating wild in front of him. Thinking of happy thoughts of home and his mother, his breathing went back to a calm and steady rate.

"The Oka pack Alpha female, Nuikuru. Glad you asked," the female said, resting her head back down to accommodate to their sheer difference in size. Deciding against answering the latter question before the kit calmed down, she merely eyed him up and down. Well, she thought it could've been worse, so in her books, they were off to a good start.
"Nothing, didn't touch a hair on her fur, she's just fine." Closing her eyes now, she rested her head on her paws. "It seemed to me as though you could use a break from your very extensive training. You'll do more damage to yourself than anything else rampaging around like that with underdeveloped physique."
Cracking one eye open now, the Alpha looked over to Stu calmly. "It's not like I'm going to hurt you. If I were to, why would I just lay here? I'll return you home soon enough, I just want to talk."

Oka pack? That name sounded vaguely familiar to him. Perhaps his mother had mentioned it once. "Nuikuru? I think I've heard others mention you before. I think my sister Hielo had some troubles with you." Stu said as he thought back to all the stories his sisters told him as they dressed him up. After the female had mentioned that she hadn't harmed a hair on Des's fur, he relaxed even more. Perhaps this female wouldn't try to kill him or anything.
"I guess I did need a bit of a break." He said slowly as he thought about it. His sister hadn't let him leave the clearing in weeks. He wondered how his family was faring without him. Pondering now her question of if she were to hurt him why would she just lay there question, he couldn't come up with an answer at all. "What do you want to talk about?" His tails moving from side to side slowly as he sat up. Crouching on the ground like a coward showed nothing but fear and he didn't want that.

"I call it the cultural barrier. Wilds and domestics don't always get along," Nuikuru answered simply. She had hardly met a Temeo that hadn't given her a headache back at the shop. As Stu seemed more comfortable, she lifted her head again. Excusing the fact the kit hadn't greeted her, she nodded thoughtfully. Knowing what was in his mind, what with having looked over him for a long time, she smiled a little.
"You haven't seen your mommy or sisters and brothers for a while now, hm? Family's important, you know. Why don't you tell me a little about yours and I'll tell you about mine. Sound like a deal?" Her long tails flicked idly and her ears laid relaxedly at the sides of her head. As long as Stu was comfortable, all was fine. Seeing him sit up, Nuikuru smiled a little. Poor little thing.

Stu looked at her with a questioning look. "Why don't they always get along? I get along with all my family...well mostly." He said with a strong nod of his head. After her question about him not seeing his family in awhile he shook his head sadly. "No, I haven't seen them in weeks I think. Des says that family holds you down." His voice was quiet as he tried to blink back a couple of tears. Thinking of his family and how he hadn't seen them in ages made him sad.
"I guess I could tell you about my family," He puased a moment before continuing. "There's my mommy. She's silly and also very busy but she always made time for me. Hielo is well you know her already. You also know Des as well. There's Harley, she has real life fire on her that doesn't burn her at all!" He exclaimed excitedly. The fire sister had always intrigued him. "And let's see there's Candy, she's nice but likes dressing me up in baby clothes. Alindra is quiet and keeps to herself though she finds it amusing to see me wear a dress. Finally there's Loki. He's my only brother and I didn't get to see him much before Des took me away. He seems really quiet and grumpy though." Taking a deep breath of air when he finished speaking. He had alot of family members.

"Because us old Wilds didn't grow up with them, so our views on life differ. But don't worry your head about it," Nuikuru replied calmly, then letting him speak. Long tufted ears rested down toward her neck as she leaned her head down on her paws. Resting comfortably on the cool soil floor, the alpha male allowed to kit go rambling about his family, a small smile tugging at the corner of her mouth every now and then. What a shame to have poor Stu go all the way through so much grief.
"My, your family is quite big, isn't it? You must miss them." Nuikuru smiled lightly, eyeing Stu with one eye while closing the other. "In my family, I have no blood relatives. Not a single one. But it's a big family now, and we're getting along the best we can. We help each other out to make our lives a little easier and protect one another from any harm. Among us it's not a weakness to rely on someone else-- it's a blessing." She gave a warm smile while nodding a bit, closing her eye as if she was done with talking to Stu and merely stating to herself. "And in my family, it's alright to be scared. The family's there for you."
Keeping a long pause so Stu could mull over it, her ears flicked and her tails curled as she opened her eyes again. "Would you like to go say hello to your family? I'm sure they're all wondering where you've been."

At the mention of being old the little blue kit couldn't help but ask a somewhat improper question. "How old are you?" He couldn't help but be curious. Stu mused over the older wild's talk of family and not having blood relatives. He didn't know blood could be a relative as well as something that flows through the body. "How can you not have blood? Are you one of those types that when they get cut they don't bleed because they have no blood?!" His eyes went wide as he thought about it.
After a few moments he calmed down and nodded his head. "I would love to go see my family!" He bounced up excitedly and his eyes sparkled. It had been quite some time since he had been home. He hoped they hadn't forgotten about him!

At the question, Nuiks' ears flicked back in a reflex-- as the alpha, she was not used to people asking such straightforward questions. Alas, realizing it was not a mockery of her status, she relaxed again, shrugging her shoulders as much as a Temeo could. She had stopped counting many moons ago-- years were difficult to grasp when you didn't have an actual calender. "I'm as old as my time is," she answered in a roundabout fashion, knowing it might stir further questions. At Stu's baffled demeanor, the large female couldn't help but to draw on an motherly, amused look. "No, no. See, a blood relative means you share the same blood. Like you have the same parents, or same ancestors. Blood is ancient, it has been transferred from one Temeo to another since time began. That way, all Temeos are family. Others close, others distant, but still the same kin."
As the kit bounced up, Nuikuru nodded her head so that her long ears bopped. It would be too cruel to not allow the little thing see his family again, and having been denied the right to do so must not have been good on his psyche. "Come along then, little pipsqueak. I'll take you back to your family." And with that, she ushered Stu out of the cavern that spread out into both left and right into other chambers, all seeming to be illuminated somehow. Breathing in fresh air as she came to the mouth of the cavern, she looked down at the kit, her tails flicking. "Before we go, though, I'd like to give you something to help you if you get in trouble."
