isnt it about time that we kinda re-organize and start sending people into squads.I've been looking through the active members,which is only but nine or ten, and some dont have squads yet , like CP,and Dragonmatt and most of our squad leaders are gone i think the only one still here thats a squad leader is EMC and overlord kokujo, so isnt it about time to re-organize

Indeed. With the way things are now, there's no way we'll be recognized in the MMO the way we were in the war.

ah war, nothing like a shared struggle to bring people together and create teams. As it is now we need something like that in order to bring the people back to the guild as well as get more recruits. reorganizing is good but getting people back here may be better.

I'm certainly in agreement, we need to sort things out within the guild. Perhaps EMC could send pms to the inactive members to see whether they are interested in maintaining ties with DESU, so we can crop and organize our members accordingly. Depending on whether our other Squad Leaders are gone for good or not, we may also need to select new ones.

what would be the point of squad leaders without squads to lead, theres only about 10 of us with 2 leaders, we really need to form teams within the beginning ad grow strong, then we can just branch off and start squads and maybe we need each other on our friends list, so if one of us wanna train then we can look another so we wont be alone while trainging

This is exactly why we need to get in contact with our less active members, so we can pin down an exact number we have to work with, from there we can concentrate on squads depending on what sort of result that yields along with other needed organization, and then from there we can recruit more members to buff up our force.
I do agree that things would get easier if we added each-other to our respective friends lists, not to mention the fact that we are actually friends of course. razz

Then I guess we'll have to start anew. As soon as the MMO is up, we should have some of us advertise in-game in key locations where people often pass.
