so i went to my local HMV and wtf yellowcard was under metal you know with their violinist and pianist lol id say they can be heavy but not metal lol!!!

I have found 50C in the rock section
Alice cooper in the soundtrack section
etc etc

It's because of people like me. Chaos Theorists who don't like the idea of genres. We have nothing better to do than go to record stores and place everything out of category.
No really, it's usually because someone picked up an album or two, got halfway across the store and put them down, changing their mind.
Now if all of Yellowcards albums were under metal, genres really have become open to interpretation lately haha.

Well, I was looking for an Apoctalyptica album, and it was in rap... How did that happen? There were like 15 of them there. I told the clerk and he said he wasn't sure where he needed to put them. Very frustrating stare
