This will assure that everyone gets a fair amount of time to enter the contest. please don't make contests that only last a day, some of us have lives outside Gaia that require a lot of our time. We also have members that only get on once a week....some times only once a month.
This decision was made because i recently went through the contests and found that there were contests closed that I hadn't even seen yet. Everyone please make sure you are checking the contests you wish to enter, have already entered or contests you have made.
I cannot stress enough how important this is.
I believe with the new rule of having a set end date for every contest it will eliminate the "oh well, i'll fill this out tomorrow when I have time..." only to find out that the contest is over and the winner has been decided when they check on it the very next day.
I also want to speak with Max about something I like to call "Project Clean Up"
Within the lobby we have a lot of topics that haven't had anything posted in them for several weeks...and most of these topics are of no true importance to the guild. Though this decision is more up to the guild members then me or Max...I'd still like to have at least some of the posts deleted so that we don't have 400 topics that no one has read in ages.
