Creature

Weretiger

User Image

Weretigers are humans, usually female, that have the ability to transform into tigerlike forms. They have a strong affinity for all felines. The human form tends to be sleekly muscular, taller than average, and very agile. The voices of weretigers are husky and they tend to roll their r's. The weretiger form is a hybrid between a human and a tiger. It is about 25% larger than the human form, and is covered by tiger-striped hide. A 3-foot tail extends from the spine. The legs are more feline than human; this form walks on its toes. The head is also a mixture of features. The ears, nose, muzzle, and teeth are tigerlike, but the eyes and overall shape are human. If the human form's hair is long, it is still present. The fingernails grow into claws. Weretigers travel alone or in small prides. They do not marry but have preferred mates, which may be either humans or tigers.

Tuberculosis

Michael has a mild case of Tuberculosis and uses an inhaler to keep it in check. His extrapulmonary TB isn't contagious and even with out his inhaler there was no chance he could become contagious. That is why he is able to be in the gym traing other boxers. If he gets over active he can start to cough up blood and become pale and weak. If given water and rest he is able to get back to normal pretty quick.

I saw that critiques from other questers was a bit lacking recently...thought I may put in my two cents.

First off, what is an inu-yōkai? Some sort of dog-demon I would assume? A quick google search just brought up many...many images of Inuyasha. This begs the question: what are you looking for in this character? Just an Inuyasha clone? Forgive me if I'm way off in what your creature is...but the bare bones of a character page forces me to assume so. Also, another reason you should probably consider changing the creature choice is the limited change the person would go through. Growing doggy ears and a tail as well as growing you fingernails a tad isn't quite as drastic of a change as the GM's seem to have in mind.

Now, I'm not saying I know what the GM's are thinking, mind you. I'm just reporting what I read while looking over the site. It just seems as if they frown upon relatively human-looking changes.

Also, I recommend going back over the character page and try fleshing it out a bit. Like, for example, the sentence description of how he caught Tuberculosis...you do realize that TB is a very...very serious disease, right? Even in today's day and age people die from it, not to mention some of the other symptoms. Also, what kind of TB does he have? Extrapulmonary TB may not be contagious, but Pulmonary TB is very contagious. Your character may just be bringing the black plague into the Changed world.

Anyway, those are just a few pointers...enough to start working with, I think. Have at it.

Yes it's like Inuyasha, though if you look around more on Ask.com about it you'll find a japanese myth that fleshes things out. To also help i put in the myths name. I'm not done with my profile yet and still have a long way to go. I'll be posting the link to the myth and pics. Alot more info in my pro and other info in my blank spaces. Thank you for putting your two cents in though.

I agree with Xasanik, but I have no issue with an inuyasha clone in form, but I too feel we need to change him even more, he could still look semi human, but be alot more beasty.

-points to his picture- He would look like a japanese dog with the weird tongue. So more dog looking then human.
