Okay, we need more active members, right? So, the first member to get 10 active members recruited will recieve one letter for the current month.
An active member is defined as someone who has posted thoughtful posts, not spam, at least 15 times over the course of a few days. Bumps don't count.
Also, when they apply to join the guild have them mention your username, or have them post it in here so we know who to give credit to!
