How does your kid grow up, now that you've acquired them? Lots and lots of RP! You HAVE to RP if you want to get it to any other stage. No exceptions, no ways around it. Each stage requires a certain amount of roleplay to move to the next stage, as well as some extra stuff like a quest of some kind.
This all may seem like a lot but, if you're active, these shouldn't be too hard to achieve and we're willing to help you along as you need it.
The stages are as follows:
New Recruit --> Psycadet --> Operative --> Psychonaut --> Psychonaut Elite**
The RP requirements to get through these stages are:
New Recruit --> Psycadet
- Set up your Journal
- 1 PRP with an instructor
- Various Journal Entries detailing their life at the academy
- Detailed interaction with assigned partner
- 2 RPs with another Student
- All introductory classes complete
- Show sufficient growth in knowledge and understanding of their powers
- 1 Training Session
- Written Exam
- Show thread activity
Psycadet --> Operative
- 3 PRPs with an instructor
- Various Journal Entries detailing their life at the academy
- Detailed interaction with assigned partner
- Take part in a large amount of roleplay
- All introductory classes complete
- Show sufficient emotional growth and understanding of their powers
- Sufficient development of their new power
- 3 Training Sessions
- 1 ORP participation
- Field Exam
- Brain Tumbler Experiment
- Stay active in the thread
Operative --> Psychonaut
- Take part in a large amount of roleplay with instructors, team mates and others
- Produce a large amount of journal entries depicting good character growth and the changes in their life
- Detailed interaction with assigned team
- Participate in at least one metaplot
- Go on 3 issued missions with your team
- A self set quest/in character drama that spans several journal entries and Rps
- Field Exam
- Special Solo Mission
- Tons of thread activity
Psychonaut --> Psychonaut Elite

**Please note - The Psychonaut Elite stage will be very difficult to get to. It will be almost impossible to attain it without a lot of dedicated RP and activity but will have a lot of perks (secret perks~) to it, so keep trying!
