Jutsu name: Description

Clone jutsu: create a mirage of yourself in an attempt to distract the opponent(level 2)

Substitution jutsu: replace your self with something such as a log, or rock, in order to confuse the opponent to a point (of course most people see it coming due to the handsigns) (level 2)

Fist Cuffs: allows control of chakra in order to enforce taijutsu with chakra

Transformation justu: can change your appearance, making you look like someone else (level 1)(not even really a battle technique huh?)

Hidden mist jutsu: creates a heavy mist, useful for cover'

water clone: creates a clone made out of water
Level 3

haze clone technique: creates clone mirages that when hit mutates to regrow an extra clone

thousand years of death:a painful poke placing chakra in the fingers
Level 1

Summoning Jutsu: if picked, you pick a creature, and are able to summon it at a moments notice, as this jutsu levels so does the size and power of the creature

Shadow Clone Jutsu: creates solid clones that can fight and take a punch for you
Level 3

Shadow Possesion Jutsu: can extend your shadow to take control over the target, range is limited by your shadows and the shadows around you

Fireball Jutsu: spit out a firball like a dragon would

Pheonix Flower Jutsu: shoot out many little fireballs at one target

Healing Technique: heal either yourself or another person with chakra

Chakra Blades: place chakra in you hands and pass it into the opponent body in order to cause the opponent body to misfunction

the way it now works is you can either use your jp to level up justus you already now or too learn new one that is up too you

oh that soft fist, i dont consider that to be a jutsu so much as a passed trait, so i believe seeing as your in the hyuga clan that you will be able to do that automatically with having to select it as a jutsu, i dont believe in putting the shadow clone jutsu do to the fact that it is on the scroll, and thus very hard to learn, besides that if your are willing to agree that there is a difference between, shadow clone jutsu, and multi shadow clone i might put it on there, i will most likely not put shadow possesion jutsu on there because of the fact that only shikamaru and his dad new it, now you'll be able to learn it later on but for now itll be exclusive, post anycounter arguments you have here

what im saying you can pick soft fist and three other jutsu seeing as soft fist is a hyuga clan exclusive i count it as part of there ability

lol, so many things wrong, alright here are the ones that will NOT be on the list
Chidori: that is an advanced jutsu and must be earned
Rasengan: like the ultimate jutsu, so duh
The others may or may not go on there for the following reasons:
Fire Jutsus in general: i want atleast one im not quit sure which ill probably put fire ball on there though
Healing: is still pretty advanced (needs special training)
Chakra Blade: is a basic concept but would need training for full effectivenes
