November 7-9 2008**Nekocon will be the first full week of November this year, so please keep that in mind! **THE GAIA GROUP PHOTO WILL BE ON SATURDAY AT 2PM AT THE OUTSIDE FOUNTAINS, WEATHER PERMITTING.**D: I'm really sorry about last year's lack of a photo. Hmm... We need to definately do some early planning for the photo and maybe make multiple signs to give out to like... 4-5 people (or more) and head in different directions of the Con trying to get people or remind those who forgot about the photoshoot. I know I tend to lose track of time while at a convention. XD
Hm, and maybe getting the official thread up a bit early would help a bit? I don't know. sweatdrop

(I have this horrible feeling, I will be "double photoshooted" this time...like that made sense.)

Just a suggestion from me. The fountains outside gets really packed at times with Photoshoots and everything. We should pick a more specific place to meet near the fountains, so no one will miss the photoshoot.
In addition to that I plan on attending, but I hope it will last for a while..lol. Mainly because I am on AMS this year, and I don't want to miss the photoshoot. ^_~

Maybe we should do the inside fountains... It's a closer walk for me (granted it's a capacity of only twenty or so steps difference), but being on the video game room staff myself leaves me a bit busy. >w<;;

I wouldn't matter to me if we had it indoors versus outdoors. I just think that we need a 100% defined meet up location..lol
That and trying to get it possibly posted around Nekocon or maybe in the program book, under "Photoshoots" or something.
Maybe Im just planning too much..lol

Hey i could help with pic camera video and signs we should all meet up at the registration place with a special phrase or something then get the group together and decide where the photoshoot should be taken that or meet in the game room oh you should put me up as attending

As for the meet up, I like the inside waterfall area. (Anything near registration might be a bit too crowded, to meet up, and find one another.)
How about the stairs at the inside waterfall, just as you enter the convention center? It's an easy space to meet up at, it didn't look too crowded last year, plus everyone should know where it is at.
