 About Precious Flame  Precious Flame: She's usually fairly kindhearted and likes to spread teh lurve, but every now and then, when pissed off enough, she isn't afraid to do evil things as well. Usually, her thought process is something along the lines of... "need... food... .....no... will get fat... nooouu.... food... yes food... no.... wait but... food.... ;;" so inevitably, most of her thoughts are highly conflicted between doing the 'right' thing and just having fun. Other than her one track mind, she's also known to blurt out insane and stupid things for no reason whatsoever, randomly. eek PF lives in a small apartment in Durem, and although she lives alone, she's got two great neighbors that she likes to hang out with and confide in when she needs help. Her first neighbor is Toushin, whom she likes to refer to as 'belovedmonkeymanpersonthing;A;<3' or 'monkeyman' for short. Her other neighbor is Youkochylde, who is currently living with Envy Fairchylde. She thinks they're a fabulous couple and loves to spend time with them. Although they are her closest neighbors, PF also likes to get out and spend time with Oni, Karma, Kia, and Neko who live further down the street. She has a way of managing good friendships with nearly everyone she meets, but can also get pretty clingy sometimes. When in need of emotional help, she always goes to her friends, a group that has become well known as 'Du Norgies' for support.  Harlem is a haughty notion with a British accent, an attitude problem, and an anger management problem. Although notions don't have genders, Harlem likes to be refered to as 'he or him' because of his apparent masculinity compared to Shake. He can be extremely sarcastic, a natural smartass, and he isn't afraid to speak his mind. Infact, sometimes he says a little too much, which puts him in bad situations, but he'd rather be in those then not inform everyone else of how incompetant they are. About Shake Shake is the polar opposite of Harlem, due to the more feminine qualities Shake posesses, she refers to herself as 'she or her'. Instead of being harsh and unforgiving like Harlem, she tries her hardest to be understanding, mature, and most of all, nice. She tries to get Harlem to be a better notion, but because of her 'in the background' personality, she often gets trampled on by him and lets him take over completely.

Y'know... you're gonna need a name. I think I will call you Shabooboo. Yes.
Dear Shabooboo,
A while ago, I was wandering the streets of Durem and decided to head into Moira's depot to check out some of the hippest clothes in Gaia. But when I walked in, nobody was around! Usually I spend some quality time with Mo, try on some of the clothes, buy some things, and leave... but this time, Moira was nowhere to be found. The Durem Depot was deserted! I sat and waited for her for about ten minutes, until I started thinking.
"Heeeyyy.... if I took a couple of sunglasses and shirts I'm suuure no one would notice...! Wait, no... you really shouldn't even be thinking about stealing! But hey, it's Moira's job to keep the shop under watch, and whatever happens while she's gone is her own fault, right? But...."
All of a sudden, out of nowhere, a bright blue lightbulb appeared next to my head. At first I thought I was hallucinating, but I reached out to touch it, and agh, it was hot! I gripped the bottom part and quickly ran out of the store and back to my apartment; I wouldn't want anyone seeing me with a weird lightbulb, they might think I stole it!

Dear Shabooboo,
Tried drawing some today, wasn't very successful. This bulb literally won't stay away from my face! I tried locking it in the microwave, but as soon as I sat down again, it popped up right next to my head again, glowing a faint blue and making it difficult to choose colors due to the hue influence. Rats.
Not only that, but I swear it's watching me! If I move my head, it'll hover around to in front of my face. I can't do anything without this thing following me around, it's SO frusterating. I can't even use the bathroom in peace! I don't know what it is or why it's here to haunt me day in and day out, but I must have done something pretty awful to deserve it. I haven't been out of my apartment in days because I'm afraid of what other people will think of this lightbulb following me around! I mean, I know most people think I'm a complete nutcase and I know I tend to attract odd creatures, but this is by far the weirdest thing I have ever encountered. I tried talking to it, but I get no response, just a slight change in light emitted.
If this keeps up, I'm either gonna have to go consult my monkeyman, or I'm gonna have to just say my goodbyes and jump off my balcony.

Toushin decided it was time to go and see Precious. It was late at night, sure, but he didn't have anything else to do and he wanted to talk to someone. So, after making himself look somewhat decent -- combing his hair and washing his face to be exact -- he left the apartment with Notion bulb floating around his head and Neo sitting on his shoulder.
Neo had decided to go along for the ride. He had nowhere else to go and if he couldn't corrupt Toushin's bulb, maybe he could do that to hers. Besides, he was interested in seeing what would happen.
"You didn't have to come," he stated when he got to her door, glancing momentarily at the Notion.
"Oh, I know but I decided to anyway. Why, got a problem?" he replied in an almost rude manner.
"No," he states in absolutely no mood to get into an argument with the little thing. Up goes a hand, knocking lightly at her door just in case she was asleep.
Meanwhile Neo has started to hum.. a rather annoying song if anyone could pick up the tune. He's even bobbing his head back and forth from side to side, the tune getting higher and higher with each verse.

Hearing a knocking at her door, PF quickly snapped out of her horrible posture and got out of her chair to go see who it was. She peered through the eyehole and saw a rather disturbing black eye staring right back at her.
"AHHH!"
Reeling back, panting, and near having a nervous breakdown, she asked, "who is it?!?!1" After a brief moment, she heard a familiar voice, and some godawful humming. It was Toushin. She let out a sigh of relief, and unlocked her door, letting him in. She immediately noticed that he had a glowing lightbulb as well, along with... the source of the earsplitting humming.
"....." she stared blankly at Neo, hoping he'd shut up.

Dear Shabooboo,
A couple of days ago, Toushin came over, but as soon as I opened the door, my bulb got really bright and I immediately rushed over to go see Oni after hearing about her notion headquarters. I latched on to Tou's arm (which I must say, felt quite nice... mmh muscles... ;9... er I mean. AHhh. >_>) and dragged him with me to HQ. The next thing I knew, I had two bickering creatures fighting right in front of my face! They were gorgeous though, I love their patterns! I was introduced to the chaos that is the notion HQ, met some other owners, and my Shake seemed to be particularly afraid of that Freud character. Harlem on the other hand was more antisocial, and ended up destroying property by dropping heavy books on the ground and ripping out pages. Freud managed to burn some of my hair off, resulting in this new haircut... At first I was devastated, but now I'm actually liking it a little. I was so caught up in all the action that I didn't even notice Toushin leaving... I should drop by and check up on him. Yeah, I think I'll do that... except.. agh, I look like s**t! I better go get made up. >_<
PF stopped writing and carelessly tossed the notebook on her bed without looking to see it land, and searched for a hairpin or some makeup in her drawers.
"What're you lookin' for there, missy?" Harlem questioned, puffing up a bit and crossing his arms.
"Oh uh... nothing." PF got up and went in the bathroom, prettying herself up a bit in the mirror.
"I think she's getting ready to go see someone... Do we get to go too, purplelady?" Shake pounced around her foundation, making powdery footprints on the sink.
"Sure, you can go meet him and nis notion biggrin "
"Hmph, sounds rather lame to me. Whatever, it's probably better than sitting around here."

Rolling her eyes at the angsty Harlem, PF picked up Shabooboo from her bed, got on her stomach, pulled out a pen, and started writing again.
Journal; August 7, 2004 (again)
Dear Shaboboo,
I just got back from my brief visit to go see Monkeyman... I don't know what was wrong with me, but I was having trouble finding words. o_o; He just opened the door with a tank and boxers on (hearts! ;A;..) and I froze up and my knees turned to jello. I've never been attracted to him before, I'm sure it was just my lack of sleep lately and my busy schedule. Or maybe it's the notions toying with my mind... either way, it was really weird, and I hope he didn't notice.
In other news, Harlem and Neo got in a fight, I had to drag him out and now he's upset with me and angsting in my drawer. x_x God I hope I didn't leave anything important in there....

Toushin's making his way down the hall, intent to just get out of the damn building. His mood had suddenly gone sour, though Neo wasn't taking advantage of it. He's simply sitting there on Toushin's head, quiet as a mouse, which is rare.
He'd have kept on going, Toushin that is, had he not had to pass her apartment on his way to the stairs. Immediately he halts, turning to look at her door, brows furrowing. Why should he drink alone? So, frame twists to face the door, closing the few steps and gives a swift knock to it.
A confused Neo blinks, leaning over Toushin's head. "What're you doing?"
"I'm inviting her. I don't like to be by myself."
";o; But I'm here!"
"You're technically a figment of my imagination so you don't count."
"DAMNIT!"
