I just got accepted into AP world history have any of you taken that course

I took AP US history last year and got a 5 on the exam. ;D I'm taking the AP Euro this year. Oh, and I'm taking AP Human Geography too. That is a history. Sort of.

It's free at our school...
You only have to pay to take the exam...so I better get at LEAST a 4.
Anywho...AP World History is certainly much more interesting than the regular one because instead of memorizing fact after fact, you're looking at patterns, and much deeper aspects of society. 3nodding

that sounds wonderful, i'm still a freshmen, all i've taken is AP spanish. but i'm crazy to take AP world history.

I'm in AP U.S. History now and next year I'll take AP European History and AP Government. No AP World History, sorry. Good luck with it, though.

I'm a Sophmore and I'll be taking AP World next year and AP Art in my Senior year. My teacher wants me to do both next year but I don't want to get to my Senior year and then not have some kind of history class to take. I wouldn't make it through the year sweatdrop
I plan on majoring in History and my teacher says that after I take his AP World class, my college history will be no sweat.

*head to desk* It sounds so interesting... the only choice I really have here is Social Studies AP; which I am taking and loving. Though I'm only in my first year of high school.... grade ten.

So I feel like I have sold my soul: I just scheduled for classes for my senior year. I'm taking AP US Government and AP European History for history (on top of AP Calculus and AP English for other areas of enrichment). It will be interesting to see how I do, though I think I will have a non-existant after school life.

Well, it's finished. I took my AP U.S. History exam today. Now I just have to wait for the results.
