Flocks can be very different and run in completely different ways, a Pidge in one Flock may have a completely different status in another. Flocks can have unique jobs which are only found in thier flock. (limit of 2 unique jobs per flock) Also Different Flocks may have laws banning somthing which is commonplace in another flock
Pidge may start thier own Flocks, To start a Flock a you will need:
A group of at least 8 Pidge
These Pidge need to elect a head
Your group must then settle on a name for thier flock (this name once chosen cannot change, so choose well)
This Party must contain: 1 Witch / Doctor , 1 Nanny, 2 Guards , 2 Scavengers
This Party must make a list of Laws, some laws have to be included
This Party must decide on thier new Roost location
This Party must decide on a colour to represent thier flock
When creating a new flock some ideas may have to be edited and changed and some ideas batted around and played with,
An good tip for a new flock is to give it a sightly interesting and unique twist, it doesnt have to be huge (and really is better if it isnt completely melodramatic) as the most subtle of things can often be the most rich of experiences.
But please the biggest of all things for player controlled flocks is do not turn it into a clique, so that only close friends and players are given prime positions and attention, while new players are picked on for not knowing the ropes like clockwork. If this starts to rear its ugly head. Im afraid We might have to step in and give your flock a shake up. (which may involve firing your flock heads, I doubt this will happen ever, It would have to get ridiculous for that)
(For the time bieng Flock-making is barred)
