Bio: Claudius is the younger brother of Nero of the Manhattan Branch. He has risen to a post quite equal with his brother despite the age gap. Claude is everything that Nero isn’t. He is very flamboyant, but is a real stickler for rules and regulations. He is also a former scientist much like his brother, but while Nero was looking for new ways to make Gifted, Claude has always been looking for new ways to hunt and kill them. They, of course, do not see eye to eye, but keep in contact to brag about their accomplishments. Claudius also knows of Nero’s love for Imiria Majeare, but does not know that she still lives.

Bio: (I like tying to the two just for some twists sorry) Nymeria went to college with Ashley, an engineer of the Manhattan Branch. She is a grease monkey of sorts, but she isn’t Gifted. She is quite apathetic to the plight of the Gifted. She makes killing machines and gets her paycheck. That is it.

powers: He can transform his body, but only into a Draconian (half dragon, half man). He can do a full dragon, but it drains him immensely and is hard to keep up.
mundane weapons: none. Had to surrender his Staff. Looking for a new one. He is a staff fighter though.
bio: He is a relative of Niccea's and the reason why she joined the agents. She joined to protect him and keep them off his scent. For some strange reason, he seems to always be nearby. He is the reason for a few of the strange deaths that happen around Niccea. He is a bit introverted, but he is cocky when it comes to use of his gift. He can be down right feral in his half dragon stage. He helps by reporting to Niccea locations of nearby gifted, so she can give the agents misinformation. This arrangement has been going on for several years. He was captured by an agent though, he now has to work with the government. He was recently transfered to Providence because of certain influences at the Manhattan Branch. Apparently, Niccea had talked him out of working and there was also an issue of him getting along too well with a co-worker.
