bio: Nero is one of the supervisors for the organization. He is a puppet master of sorts and seems to always control things from the shadows. 40 years ago, he intentionally healed Niccea, then Imiria, from a fatal gunshot wound and injected her gift into her. Since that time as a lowly scientist, he has risen to one of the most powerful members of the organization. His secret? Knowing everyone else's secrets and using them against them. He actually doesn't care much about the plight of the gifted. All he cares about is power for himself. If the gifted were to suddenly take over the government, he would be right behind them. There something strange going on with him. He keeps stressing that he is a regular human. He has never done that before. He also seems to be getting younger?

bio: Niccea is a run away test subject. She was persumed dead 40 years ago, but she didn't really die. She lived in Vampire Country for about a year. The vampires gave her the new name "Niccea" She came back to the government 6 years ago to rip it to shreds from the inside. Nobody knows that she is a Gifted except for a select few. She entered the government keeping her surname mum. She is engaged to an Emotion Vampire named Trenton Cameo.

Powers: Her memory is unnatural almost like a computer.
Bio: Kyrie is a physical Gifted rather than one with powers. She was Dr. Cambridge’s research assistant on the Iron Maiden project. It wasn’t discovered that she was a Gifted (she didn’t even know herself) until she was deep into project. She was excused from being a subject because of this. Kyrie didn’t sprout her wings until about a year ago. She also has talons on her hands and feet and a triangular shaped tongue. She literally has the eyes of a hawk and only wears glasses for appearances.
As it turns out, Kyrie is from a Gifted family. All of her family members were bird Gifted that sprouted wings around the age of 19, but they had kept it a secret from her when she joined the government. She really doesn’t care about what anyone thinks of her. She wears her wings in the open for all to see.
She came to Manhattan for several reasons. She had received word from Dr. Cambridge’s family that he was dead. The government hadn’t even told her and Maria didn’t return to her. She came back to search for the renegade test subject. Her job in the project aside from helping to design the serum was to teach IM004 all the agent protocol so that the experimental soldier would go by the rules and not do anything too reckless.
