You don't have to worry about spoilers on this topic because the manga hasn't gotten to that point yet. Everyone is still searching.
I think Ami has it though...they keep sorta hinting that she has a bigger role than just being the insanely cute little sister of the main character.

Haha I know. Amu having anymore eggs would be out of control...but then again...in the manga (or maybe it was just an episode of the anime in which case it means nothing) didn't they say that the person with the embryo would be a child "overflowing" with dreams.
Amu already having four "would-be" selves would qualify as "overflowing" I think. But...if the main heroine always turns out to be the "legendary" person it's a little boring. I hope Amu isn't the one that has the embryo just for the sake of there being some unexpected twist.

I think it has to do something with the humpty lock and key though... Because why does Ikuto and Amu have them.

I'm guessing on Ami. Peach-pit is pointing out that she isn't just a regular little girl. You can see that by how big her role is in the manga.
