Yep and any other books you want to talk about. Have you read all the Harry Potter books?

Ok. Harry Potter... Read all of them, so here is my review on all of them... (short)
Khm... (Do NOT judge any of the books by the fils... They suck...)
1st book - The starter. Also one of the best. It's a good book for all ages, but do be prepared for a level of little children. 2nd book - Good. Follows the storyline, but still, it moves on to an older public. Lacks something... Still I dunno what. 3rd book - My personal favorite. I like it for a lot of reasons, but abut it... Good story line, explains some things for the next books and it has a happy ending... 4th book - Ok. In my opinion this was one of the worst books. It did have some good stuff in it, (a must read for future events) but in all, it was one of the lames books compared to others. 5th book - The longest one, if I recall. I think of it as a sort of an experiment... If you can get it, read it... 4.5 of 5. Though this one is one of the most depressing ones... 6th one... Well, I'd say the most CooL of the ones I've read... But the ending is somewhat suck-ish. Still... I geve it the same mark as the last one... 7th book. Well... The ending of the books. If you've read all of them, this is a MUST read... 2nd best book of all....
So... I wont comment on the movies. They just suck... Too Hollywood style. But, read the books. It's worth it.

I read the first four, and decided to stop. I found them to be a good writer selling out to what she thought would sell. The first three were good and highly original, but then she thought they were not selling, and wanted to see if she changed the books, if they would sell better.

I thought they were very good. The last several got very dry because of the drawn out conversations and fighting, but otherwise I really liked it.

It started out really good, but the 7th one killed it. The last book was, as follows. 1. Impossible to get in to 2. Drawn out 3. Had as sucky ending. I mean the last actual chapter, not the epolouge.

I liked all of them a lot. The last one made me cry though, just cause I really like Snape.

They were all pretty good. But then when they made them into movies, I was a little astonished because the books were better, DUH! x3 They can never make the movie better than the book. Lol... xD

I love the Harry Potter series. The Seventh one was a big disappointment though. I expected something.... More creative, you know?
The movies don't even deserve to be discussed. Well, in my opinion.

Well this is what I think:
The first book was alright, I liked it. Even though it's not my favorite and it's a bit short, it's a nice introduction to the whole series.
The second book was a bit disappointing than the previous, I can't seem to like it. And the fight with the basilisk was, admittedly, too fast and "easy".
The third book was very good, and quite entertaining. And I'm happy that Harry knew he had a family and he escaped.... The idea about the time turner thingy was a bit creepy though.
The fourth book was reaaally good, I really liked it for some reasons. It's quite fun to read to. XP Even though I don't very much like the Triwizard Tournament format and stuff.
The fifth book was nice and long, but I gotta admit the first parts of the ook was quite boring. The mid to last part was entertaining enough. But Sirius died. stare Just when they were gonna have a happy life together. I'm sad because a friend who borrowed my book accidentally ripped a page out. cry
The sixth book was the one I liked best. It sure is sad that Dumbledore died and all, but overall it was good. Come is the time Harry had to mature.
The seventh book... BLEH! There were a lot of plot-holes, it was sucky, the plot was not credible at all, it's much too short than it could've been, the last battle was... talk2hand Ew. burning_eyes *burns the book* stressed It's really a huge disappointment. If it was gonna be like that, she might as well not write it in the first place. And they shouldn't've released it too.
