It seems to be a general consensus that people hate rape in their non-hentai anime. I'm generally not a big fan of it, since it's just wrong. It's only okay if both parties agree, otherwise it's wrong.
Also, love triangles are bad when they don't work the way you want it too. I'll seriously hate true tears if Artist Boy doesn't get together with Chicken Girl. With H2O, I can seriously say I hate or dislike every female except for Hamaji, who's a male.
