Ok, first I'm not giving out free helmets, but it has to do with something that happened to me today and is just a little bit weird and a little bit creepy.

Earlier this afternoon as I was just about to get into my truck to head to class, I find a perfectly good (albeit too small for me) motorcycle helmet laying on the seat. However, the weirdest part about this was that this was the second time in two months that I've found a helmet in my truck.

Me thinks it's about time I start locking the door at night. I usually don't because it sits in the driveway and most rooms in my house have a good view of the driveway. On top of that my truck is old and isn't exactly something someone would want to steal.

So people are just leaving Biker helmets in your truck? xd That's ********' weird. You should just get a bike and put them to good use.

I remember I had a bright yellow Kia Rio in high school and I usually left the driver's side door unlocked. Not any of the other doors, just the drivers side. Well, my neighbors girlfriend was over and her niece was smoking and walking around and (my sister saw it all) she walked right up to my car in the driveway, looked in the windows, got into the drivers side and took my CD's. I... was... livid when I heard this. Guh. Luckily that was all I had in there. But still! Grar! Who does that?

But helmets? Thats uh... maybe they're trying to tell you something.. like... you make them worry for your safety and need to wear a helmet. Heh... loser. I mean! Er... >.> I'm going to go over here now...

I'm beginning to think it might be my brother's dumbass friend doing this. I also suspect that those helmets are stolen.

I'm a pretty good driver....I don't do anything that would be considered unsafe while driving. However my truck isn't exactly a role model for safety as there are no airbags (old vehicle....) and the driver's seat belt doesn't always stay secure and it is a bit of a rough ride until it really gets going.

rofl I had a room mate who bought a really shitty truck and one day we went to walmart and I was trying to tell him in a nice way (as we're getting out) that his truck was a piece of s**t. I was about half way through the sentence when he starts repetedly slamming his door closed. Or trying to, it wouldn't latch. This went on for probably about.. oh... a good handful of minutes. When it finally latched shut, he looked at me and said "A piece of s**t, huh?" I just laughed my a** off. Now THAT was a truck that needed helmets.

That is a 1993 Geo Metro. It is tiny, cheap, and only had a 3 cylinder engine. It was my first car, and a total PEICE OF SHEEEEEET! But sometimes, I do miss it. xd

Edit: I don't remember selecting "whisper."

That is pretty weird...huh.

I'd say it was a sign that

1. you are having an alternate life you are not aware of
2. Your being stalked by some helmet horror villain and your about to get killed.
3. Someone wants you too be extra safe while driving.
4. Or lastly some homeless man is sticking his stuff in there.

Sounds like my friend's car (Don't remember the make, model or year) you had to literally press your body against the door and then slam it just for it to stay shut. On top of that.....the passenger side seat belt was a few pieces of rope.

If someone breaks into your car and gives you something, has a crime been committed? xd

You wouldn't think so but the breaking in part could possibly be considered against the law.

So I suppose the question is: would it be reported?

I dunno...if your car was unlocked, I don't think anyone else would notice or think it odd.

Well nothing was stolen and nothing was damaged so I'm not going to report it.
