No, I'm not talking about the easy to get but really crappy replica. I mean the actual thing. If anyone (which most likely everybody can, god i only got it about a week ago i feel like such a noob) can tell me how I will be very happy.

Shopkeepers start selling them at level 13
You can find them randomly in dungeons from level 9-12
It can appear in a dungeon in one of the later stages of the main quest
Wraiths can also carry them

thanks for the info, ven though i dont need it anymore (i got my first elven longsword from the gray prince in the arena, and plus people are using glass weapons now.)

Elven bandits carry a lot of good elven equipment (armor and weapons), but only when you're around level 15, I think.
I got full elven armor and an elven sword from one bandit ^^
((Glass is the best light armor, right? The weapons pretty much pwn too))
