I'm a fan of Ozzy, not of the show or anything..and I'm also a huge fan of Iron Maiden.... Iron Maiden seems to have 'pwnt' Ozzfest.

As much as I love metal music, there are some really nasty people on the scene. It doesn't matter who you came for at a concert, you wait for a group to play their set. Especially Iron Maiden. You don't ******** with them unless you want the s**t you threw at them to get thrown back at you with ten times the velocity.
As for Sharon Osbourne coming on stage, of course she was speaking for Ozzy. Nobody can understand Ozzy(I love the man as much as the next person, but he can't speak. You go to Ozzfest to see the man, not hear him.) and as far as I can tell, Sharon was just speaking for him. And as for Bruce Dickenson, the sound guy, yeah, dude is a p***k. He's a bit more than a p***k for ruining all the Maiden fans' experience. I agree, it really went without saying. But Sharon Osbourne without meaning it. It's not her style. I can see how the audience could have been getting fed up with the whole thing, but the extremes that people go to are insane.
Maybe I was just raised the old fashioned way.

I'm glad I can't ever afford tickets.
On the other hand... what a party! Why should rich rock'n'rollers get to play venues without chickenwire? Huh? Huh?
