Description: I would like a painter based on the Scarlet Macaw, a species of parrot, though I'm aiming more for aesthetic appeal than accuracy.
The underside of a real scarlet macaw's wings are rather boring, so I'd rather the dragon's wings be based on the outside of the parrot's wings.
If he's ever roleplayed, the dragon would be a curious, bumbling scholar. If you can somehow convey that in the face, or just keep it in mind while colouring, I'd be most impressed and grateful. Other than that, the dragon's face can be based on the parrot's face, with considerable room for artistic license.
I adore Vahj's super-complex stripe-y animal-inspired dragons, like the peacock that was recently available. I'd love for my parrot dragon to be similarly complex, which is why I added the difficult colouring fee.
