((Yay pack RP!))

Twist had been calculating in her mind all the angles all the possiblities- and it just seamed as if she had no other choice. She was determined to distroy Crunch; if not physically- but mentally. She raised a brow at the thought, this was going to be one of those difficult tasks she had laid ahead of herself far to early. Her pack in reality were a bunch of slackers and hobos she had randomly collected off the streets (er woods). Though again her numbers were large- fat wolves never amounted to anything but well fat wolves.

Aside from Rome she asumed nobody knew how to work as a team- expecially in a fight. Wazzam himself was strong but lacked the disipline of a seasoned wolf. That was what she had to do; train them to be a team- or at least stop endulging long enough for her to make a successful attack on another pack. She rolled an eye, this was going to be a long day.

((Pack rp= only time Kelios ever seems to appear. XD))

Kelios moved slowly through the shadows of the trees. His yellow eyes shifted back and forth in his head as he kept a vigil for anyone coming near enough to see him. Even though he was a part of the pack he had yet to meet many of the wolves who's scents he had run onto while patroling but he prefered it that way. He rarely ever took the effort to run into a wolf of the pack instead he usually took the effort to avoid them at all costs. This pack was a very odd one but he was loyal to the alpha's and kept to the borders protecting them from any wolves that entered unwanted. His vigil watch on the borders was keeping him thin and his muscles strong.

Today however Kelios was moving into the packs territory seeking the only wolf he'd really spoken to throughout his time in the pack, Twist. He was bringing one of his most boring reports to her on the border. It seemed now that the pack was fairly large other wolves were finally learning to keep away and that was making for a very boring border patrol with no one to run off.

Her ear made a momentary twitch towards the direction that Kelios had been striding from. Now there was a wolf that Twist had been meaning to talk too. He was like Adolpo in the way he seamed to flit in between the shadows in such a way he never appeared unless he wanted to...slightly fustrating for her but then again that was why she was so interested in training her pack. At least they might venture out in the daylight some. At least so they could at least look like a threat. Sighing at the thought she shook her head and wondered why other wolves had to be so difficult. Why couldn't they all just be good little drones like Wazzam and fall into the peg holes she had made for them.

"Ah Kelios your one I havn't seen in awhile. You sure have kept your word about being a loner!" She chuckled politely at the joke as if trying to lighten the damp mood she was flitting in between. "So how are the borders today?" She really wanted to know if there were prehaps others she could obsorb- or some useful information about Crunch and his love affair with Alas.

Finally coming in sight of Twist, Kelios sat down before her with his muscles relaxed but his ears still twitching back and forth listening for the approach of any others that might be coming to see Twist. At Twists little joke of him being a loner he did not grin but just nodded in agreement to it. Grinning and laughing was not something he'd done in a long time and today didn't seem to be the day he was going to break that habit.

"The borders have been quite still lately. I find traces of scent of wolves of the pack leaving the pack lands from time to time but I never see who it is." Kelios said feeling a bit bad for not being able to bring more interesting news but there wasn't much he could do about it except patrol and report what he found.

A large, seasoned black wolf with many tribal markings smelled other wolves in the area as he was allowing his grounded daughter her hour of supervised freedom. Without word to her, he redirected his course towards them recognizing one of their scents as the alpha female, whos mate he had been training to eventually take his place as alpha male.

Coming up to the two wolves, Ajax bowed his head low to the female and then nodded a greeting to the male. "Twist, nice to see you. How're things going? You remember my daughter Vianna?" As the word daughter slipped out of his mouth he added a bit of an underlying disapointment and anger that only Vianna could catch onto.

Vianna nodded low to the alpha female as her father did, even though she knew she had shamed him he was still her hero. But she knew her place, she knew she was introuble so she said nothing but smiled and wagged her tail a bit at being introduced and nodded to the male as well. Since Vianna had been secretly watching the training sessions she was beginning to open up to the things around her, and her scences were heightened to a point they were never at before. On these two she could tell they were of these lands but also that Twist seemed awefully frusterated but determined and strong, both admireable traits.

Alas had watched quietly from her den as wolves came together and slowly she stood, for a moment uncertain of weather all was well or not. Is it now then? She wondered if at last Twist was to show her true colors, would she tell the pack of her talk of war? Alas sighed and streached out before heading down the steep cliffs to join with the others. Like it or not she had still given Twist her word, and until Twist finally betrayed her she would stay by her alpha's side. Alas still held on to the hope that what damage had been wrought on the families of the pack could be fixed.

She smiled as she approached the group glancing from the young Vianna to Ajax, then along to Kelios and last she looked at Twist and gave a soft tip of her muzzle. Alas moved to stand beside her and murmured softly in her ear.
"I'm glad your well, the winter seems to have brought us no illness thusfar." She turned to look back to the others.

Alas knew now was the moment to stay steady though she did know that Twist had probably begun to twist her packmates against her. She looked at Vianna sad to see one so young already against her own sister, how many families could Twist rip apart?

Wazaam watched with a seasoned eye.. Unsure of what to make of the gathering of the pack. He should be out there, a t Twist's side.. Yet he felt that the she-wolf would be angry, should he take rank with her.

He felt that way alot. He was not the leader.. He knew this.. Twist was. He was merely hers.

His emerald orbs watched everyone.. From the storm pelted she-wolf, to the pink fluffball he had grown to dislike.

His tail stood still.
His maw watching without a sound.

PostPosted: Sat Feb 02, 2008 6:55 pm

The wolf watched as others seamed to gather around her- Alas...piff she really couldn't be counted as a member- but the others she was pleased about. Though it was quite funny that she didn't know she had split apart another family in her midst- had she know she would have probally been quite amused. Turning back to Kelios she seamed to nod. "Well no movement is better then movement..." But the second bit of his statment seamed to confirm more-so that Alas had been running off with her as she assumed 'mate' Crunch. She would have to stop this before she either lost the opertunity to kill Alas- or the two spawned a litter somehow growing larger then the one she was planning to have.

Turning again her eyes picked out Ajax and his daughter- but he was rather far from her mind once she seamed to pick out Wazzam's sent. Almost puppy-like she seamed to bound over to him. She still kept her alpha demenior but her excitement still seamed to over bound itself on him. Was she truely falling for this male? No she couldn't. She hated love- it was for pink fluffballs like Alas. She couldn't control herself though and even threw his confusion seamed to n** playfully at an ear like an overgrown puppy. She tried to pass it off as her going into heat- but she knew otherwise as she seamed to take a paw and lightly bat at his maw. To him she whispered lowly. "Why so glum?"

But was overtaken by the fact this was the first time she had showed herself as anything but a leader to the pack- showed a side that even she knew didn't exist. Turning she then drew her attention back to Ajax and her daughter- whom from the sents seamed to be mingling with Wazzam's brother. 'Heh now that was an interesting one I wasn't expecting...' Then collecting her Alpha-like cool jumped up onto a rock that seamed to loom above them all. She then looked down with her again regid posture. "I've called you all here today for some special training...I've decided we need to work more as a unit and less like a bunch of rouges that banded together for the sake of safty-" She continued on as her eyes seamed to wander over all that had attended. "-We need to work as one. So we need to bond tightly with the other members. We cannot be strong divided..." Her tone was dominate and held much presence. As if she was seasoned in these sorts of things. Again she continued. "So we will train for a few hours a day in ways that will keep us bonded...like a family." She added knowing that was what many of her members lacked. It was her way of furtherly controling them. Again she looked around at all the faces then added a warm smile as if sealing her last words. "And even if we are all not flesh and blood just our bond together as a pack has made us stronger then any family already in exsitance!" She then left the rest to silence taking in the reaction. Now she would see what they truely thought of her idea and those who were unloyal to her.

The orange male had not noticed that he had been spotted, until Twist's eyes landed on him as her nose took to the air.

He watched her turn her head, and jump to his side. It made him raise an eyebrow as she did such a thing. She had never played the playful part well..
She pulled at his ear, and he shook his head giving off a soft smile, and letting his tongue hit her cheek in a big kiss.

His eyes were happy as he watched her, and he ticked his ears to her as she spoke.

"Not glum, princess.. More or less curious.."
He said, wishing he knew more of the meeting than he had.. He was alpha male right? Then wh had he not known there was a meeting until he had seen the oncoming wolves.

Not that he cared really.. This was Twist's thing.

She regained her cool, and began talking like the alpha she was..

And she was talking about training.
When she spoke, he decided to take his place at her side. Standing tall as if agreeing to her words.

At first coming to this little gathering, Ajax wasn't totally sure if KC and Jayzee should be present for the information that was going to be presented. But after Twist's little speech, he had no doubt in his mind. Giving a little yip to Vianna, Ajax nodded his head for him to go and fetch them, but added a threatening whisper for her not to stray then licked her cheek.

After the teen ran off he turned his light orbs back to the alphas and bowed a bit, "Apologies. I sent my daughter off to get my mate and my other daughter. I promise, the two teens will behave. I do agree though, this unit needs to act like one. I've been working with Wazaam and Jayzee on fighting skills, though there still is much work to be done, I offer my services in any way possible." There was something nagging at Ajax's maw to spit out, but he kept it in and tried to maintain his posture as the seasoned warrior he truly was and this experience was bringing back to him.

Vianna's speed was fueled by the hopes of getting out her frustration at what her father had just said to her before she has to sit in the same vicinity as her sister and be well behaved for an unseen amount of time. It was difficult for her not to smell the air for Adolfo, secretly hoping to come across his scent, even that would suffice her desire to see him for the time being. Soon she'd arrive back at the group with her mother and sister only to her beloved's brother, sister-in-law and trainer to taunt her.

Alas watched Twist interact with Wazzam and for a moment she was surprised, perhaps what she had feared was not so, perhaps Twist could be softened by love? Yet she focused on the alphas words and knew that no matter how much Twist appeared to love Wazzam, and even if she felt genuine emotions for him she would not stop her own plans.

"If would be good of us to work together as a family, it seems as though lately we have only been strangers to each other..." She murmured softly and looked around her. While she had quietly observed and though she had offered her healing skills to any who needed them she had not tried to mingle with her pack mates. Too long now she had feared that they were in on Twist's schemes and against her. Perhaps though her paranoia had been ill conceived, it was time to give her pack a chance.

Alas knew what kind of training Twist meant, and to what ends it could and probably would be used for, war. Yet Alas was desperate to try anything that might help the pack and the families within band together. "I have always been willing to heal any of our pack who required it and I will continue to be willing as we work together." She nodded softly but made no mention of joining in the training. She had a feeling that Twist wouldn't want her to train anyway, afterall why make your victim stronger?
PostPosted: Tue Feb 05, 2008 11:14 pm

Twist smiled softly as her mate Wazzam had joined her. Prehaps she should have let him in on these plans of hers- but then again it was even spur of the moment even to herself. She then turned to him in a hushed voice so only he could hear her. "I'm glad you came though- your my support; couldn't do anything without you love." She returned the friendly lick on his own maw then turned back to hear Alas's words. For once the pink mutt spoke some sence. On those words she seamed to draw her attention straight onto her. For Once Your right.... She held herself from starting the sentence off like that. "Alas my dear you speak wisdom. We all must work as a family- after all it's your own words that I'm professing."

Her eyes then flicked with momentary pleasure as if the next part she had been dying to spit out for the longest time. These words would trap the welp in the pack or cause her to be the enemy- either way she would be able to distroy OR know more about Crunch's doings. "And that is why I called this meeting...we need to celebrate our new beta. After long desisions I've desided to make Libenalas our second in command." She then flicked an aud towards Wazzam as if settling him that this was all part of the plan to weed her out of the others and draw attention to her true evils. "Who better to teach us all how to be family then our own healer." Her maw curled upwards into a quite contented smile. If only Libenalas truely knew how much power she had really given her at this moment- but it would be short lived depending on how she reacted to it.

Jade auds leered out of the place between two trees where the orange scarred male sat with his mate and one of his daughters. Looking towards the sight of his son standing proudly and strong beside the alpha female, made the over-proud father smile mentally.

For this wasn't a time to smile and it was a serious talk. Rome looking towards Kattana could see her warmed up eyes looking back and forth at all the members. He knew how she felt with this many others around and so they had stayed back a little.

Sitting up beside her mate, the black and tan femme just watched. She had started to eat better and had put on some pounds, but was still sickly looking. Not being of fighter blood, Kattana's fur shivered with the quivering muscle. Something was smelling wrong, but she just couldn't put her paw on it for the umpteenth time.

Lowering her head Kattana listened to the words spoken from Twist, who had grown up rather well and looked to her son. The son that banished her other daughter, but for her own safety, so he said. No matter, she still loved him and was glad that the pair was planning on having pups. There was no concern of Waz being a good parent. He had the best teachers of what not to do in the category. Her head dipped at the thought, how she had wanted to be a better mother to her pups, maybe she could just be a good grandmother.

Ralphina sat next to her father, after having had been lectured on how to sit still all through the night, but once she had come to realize what Wazaam did to her sister. The tri-colored femme was the most unpleasant thing in the world, her hyper demeanor transformed into the cold and bitter creature she turned into when on a hunt.

She just was, surprisingly, behaving and hadn't spoken to Wazaam or event looking at him. She looked to the pink healer, though she wasn't talking about or to Wazaam, the teen had spoke with her other brother. Who promised to help her find Shelby, though she knew he was also practicing honing his shadow thing and healing. Both of which the femme had no patience for, or the energy to really sit still and listen to.

Ralphina thought about everything that had happened to their family after moving into this pack, and as Twist droned on about the pack needing to act like a family. Rally was blaming the alpha for destroying hers and her brother. Who cared if Waz was now a proud alpha! She didn't she wanted her loving and loyal brother back...though she and Shelby and been mean to Wazaam and Adolfo all through out their puppy seasons and enjoyed hogging the attention of their father.

Sitting downwind of the stinking dogs, Algoma listened into the conversation going on around the pack. Of course she was eavesdropping, only natural for a general to do so. Though whenever she heard the pink hairball speak, the lynx stifled a gag. Oh, but Twist had a beautiful idea, and a demented smirk just erupted onto Algoma's face.

Oh how she wanted to see the hairball's reaction. Looking over her shoulder, Algoma had dragged Flare out for some airing. He was starting to stink up the cave she harbored him in and thought this would be a good location to possibly beat and air him out.

Adolfo sat the furtherest from the group, he could see everyone from his dark lurking shadows, and when he saw Vianna take off. The ebony and ivory male moved through the trees in a wide birth of the group, too wide for the wind to catch his scent and drift it before the whole packs noses, besides he was coated in his odorless mud.

However, changing his mind at the last moment, Adolfo sense his mother, sister and father in the close range. It seemed like everyone in the pack was in the area, and instead of following the love of his shadowy heart, the male stepped up to the dark area his brother had just been standing in before going to stand beside Twist. He could at least give his presence to his brother as a loyal standing, even if their sister was hating on the orange sibling.

Alas held her sudden protest in and gave a soft smile and wag of her tail, the game was afoot. She stood proudly and tipped her muzzle towards Twist.
"That is most generous Twist, it's an honor I would be proud to have." She forced her smile to remain and then glanced towards the shadows.

"If I may make a request though, you might want to consider Adolfo as my beta male, I have no mate of my own within the pack, yet he is old enough and learning enough that I would feel secure in having him to confer with." And once I leave...he'll be able to stand just fine in my place...and hopefully fix what damage is wrought. Alas knew this was it, Twist had ensured that she stuck to the pack, until the trap was sprung. Now all the pink healer could do was set up as many possible escape routes and contingency plans as possible, already within her she felt a strange sensation.
