Hello fellow lolitas and lolita admirers, I kinda need your help.
See, I was browsing the lolita brand sites (btssb, angelic pretty, innocent world, etc) and I came across my favorite brand, Mary Magdalene.
I found this amazing dress, I feel like I can wear it casually but I would like to incorporate it into the lolita style.

However, im having a hard time figuring out how it can be pulled off (if its really possible)...
Any advice?

I was thinking wearing a frill short sleeve blouse that I've had for a while under the dress. frill blouse. Its almost exactly like this one only it has puff short sleeves and its not long sleeves (duh puffs lol)... um think of those summer blouses that they wear in the summer. Although I dunno if that is good enough...
I just feel like i need advice. I plan to wear this during the spring or summer...

Also shoes. I have a pair of white lolita lace boots... but i just am not feeling it with this dress. Any Ideas. I know some of you guys have great ideas with shoes and such.

Please any ideas if this cannot be pulled off please say so. Just dont bash it.
Its a nice dress, but Im not sure if it can be moded to be a lolita dress even if it was made by Mary Magdalene.

It's an adorable dress and I think that a blouse like the one you described would look great!. However, I don't think that white boots would work. I think that shoes in a cream colour would work better. having said that, I don't know if you can actually get shoes in that colour...

Could we have a picture of your boots? I'll have a look for different shoes for you, oh, one more thing, that dress is lolita! you don't have to worry about that. heart

hmmm i probably didnt word it correctly. I found the right shoes best part is that they ARE cream colored smile
I tend to own a ton of cream colored stuff ^^lllll

If you are still taking suggestions I think the a pretty button up sweater would work a little better then the blouse, although they are very cute. (depending upon the color of the sweater) Why not mary-janes and baige or white shin-huggers to accompany it, aswell? Show meh how it, once you decide. I can't wait to see~! :3

I was thinking of doing a duplicate. My aunt is a seamstress so she knows how to sew really well...
although i have other options on dresses but i was really hooked onto this one...
