I've been thinking about it more than a couple of times...but i don't know,
If i got more people (post here if your interested) it would either be..
OPTION 1
Use the shows characters, no OCs
or
OPTION 2
use OC's and none of the show's characters....
So what do ya think?

Ok more than likely its this one idea i have bout generation 2 of NCIS
um so far...
McGee/Abby- me, LlD(girl, field agent)
Gibbs/Director- CBK(boy, team leader)
Tony/Ziva- Tysmi(boy, field agent), Caf-pow(girl, Forensic Scientist)
Palmer/Lee-
Ducky/?-
Kate/?-
etc- Moonfrost- Cat-obsessed person (girl, ME assistant)

I haven't done an Rp in a long time, but it sounds cool!
Not sure which I would prefer though. I have never tried to do an Rp with chacters from a show before, so I really couldn't say.

hmm... upon thinking i think mayb a bit of a combo of both
Like this be the 2nd generation NCIS team, in the fuuuuttttuurree *spacy sci-fi music* sry couldnt help it.
And if it was that i wouldn't mind being the child of McGee and Abby... sry that popped into my mind and i would love it like that..

Ok i've been talking to moonfrost at school and i kinda came up with this thing, a compromise if you will, tell me if u will accept it though its not rly an NCIS thingy.
Ok, so a marine dies near Area 51, and along side him we find the "person". She has to take up refuge with one of us and later becomes a field agent. The secret is she's able to turn into a cat.
so does that satify? Will you b willing to have some sci-fi?
