Ultimate masterlist can be found here on the Project Chanology website. Keep checking back on the details for your specific city/country and if they don't have one listed for where you are, START ONE.

Also, e-mail the anons responsible for the organizing of the raids so that they'll know how many people to expect.

Rules 1&2 don't seem to apply to this particular raid. It doesn't matter anyway because Scientology know about Feb 10th already. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to watch Youtube. People have been posting raid information on there as well.

There's a huge map of events worldwide that everyone is using at http://harbl.wetfish.net/cosplay/
There are links to forums, websites, and the like there, for specific locations.
Also, the partyvan IRC has a bunch of channels dedicated to this stuff. #IRL is the channel to find your IRL raid location. Check out partyvan for the IRC info.
