Hi guys. Just joined Gaia today by reference of a friend from real life. Appreciate the invitation to the guild, though I'm not sure so much of what guilds in Gaia are/do. I'm hoping to not bog anyone down with what seem to be dumb and pointless questions, but I do get inquisitive and begin to start testing things at times. If I start annoying anyone with randomness, let me know and I'll make a note to keep a watch on myself. Made a small donation to the guild in addition to the 100 already to join... another 144ish I think it was... made the guild pool a total of (I believe) 19.5kgp
Any how... someone want to explain the guild purpose and why exactly I was invited?

Guilds, too me anyway, are just like clubs or....groups I guess. And well to answer your other question, I've been trying to get people to join, ya know to make it a little more active, so I've been inviting some random people and some people my friends recommend or say might want to join. And thanks for the donations!

Well, sorry to say this, but at this rate, I'll be leaving Gaia, possibly as soon as Thursday. After joining a couple of role play threads I've been continually bashed for posting too long of posts, continual use of proper grammar, and it's been made clear no one is reading what I've typed because they're lazy #%@!s. I'm going to wait, try a couple more threads, and if all I find are lazy children without the innovation to really write and go into depth and use writing as a true creative outlet, then I'll go back to e-feds and write 5k word role plays every other day. At least there it gets read, critiqued, and has continual story lines with 30 some odd other members who all do the same.

wow you've been bashed for writing long and properly?! Usually it's the other way around. I hope you do change your mind and stay, most people in this guild would prouably welcome that.

You get bashed for writing good, I would worship people like you who write good decent long paragraphs with proper spelling and grammer, these types of roleplayers are hard to come by these days.

Well since I'm nerdy enough to look at the date where of when this was made I'd say I'm kinda late xD
Can't believe you get bashed for that!! I know I totally understand, and what ticked me off the most was someone asked me to join their roleplay. I joined then they're on like 24/7 so I was continually reading their 50 pages of posts that they made, and I'd type out a four pragraph entry, just for it be ignored because they're too lazy to read my post while they expect me to read their fifty pages of one-liners. Really it got me so pissed off, they ignored my post completely, I mean I could walk right up to them, shoot them with a bad-a** gun and theyd continue with their characters conversations as if I wasn't there.
I know big ranting paragraph -emos- nyways I think the mokona hat is pretty cheap now :/ and normally literacy isn't my thing but I think I've been typing up too much homework. >.>

So yeah, I'm back razz What's up now?
How's the Guild going? I want to get back to some role-playing. Well, actually, I'm kind of looking for "Roll-playing" since I've gotten back onto a heavy stint of playing oWoD again. Anyone active on it? Anyone want to try and get a Masquerade thread going?

Welcome back, to answer your question, it's still kind of slow, people got really busy at the end of school and stuff and as for me now I gotta work full time, but I post when I can, we need more people who stay active.
Also DJK (Thedeadjesterking) has created some sort of "sister guild" to our guild, it's still starting but a little more active.
And as for masquerade role play, I believe WhisperedVoicesSin has a role play like under romance, but no one's started posting yet....I recommed you PM her.
