I'm married and I think divorce is wrong. people should stop rushing into marriage.

people are stupid and thats the only reason we have divorce and marriage, I feel it is right if it is truely a bond between two who are in love

I think that some people rush into marrying a person, then they decide they don't truly love this person. I am personally against divorce I believe that you decided to be with them good times and bad. Unless it is a abusive relationship (that is the only thing in my mind that could be an exception).

And if you knew that person (and didn't rush into marriage) odds are you'd know if they were abusive or not...

Sometimes they become abusive over time because something happened in their life that makes them take it out on there partner or whoever they can get there hands on

I am against divorce as well, but I know my mom has been divorced was a good thing (her ex husband was abusive). But I also wish my mom and dad would get a divorce because my mom tries to get my dad to chose between me and her all the time and I don't think a parent should make their spouse chose between their child or children and them, that is just selfish! (Then again they got married 6 months after my mom's divorce, a bit to soon I think! My parents are stupid.)
About people changing: The relationship I just got out of lasted five years and I thought he was the one I was going to marry. Turns out - he became emotionally, mentally and in other ways abusive. It only started to truly show the last two years we were together. The first three years we were together were fine though and then BAM. I know if I would have married him, we would have probably gotten a divorce for what I think are good reasons.
But yea some people are just retarded when they get married so soon.

I know people can change... My father had a divorce before I was born.... She was on death row when he divorced her, she murdered 2 people... So yea.. People change...
