Moderating the Forums;
- moving old posts to the recycle bin
- deleting one word, pointless posts
- using best judgment in strange situations or contacting me about it
requirements; maturity
Event Planning;
- creating / running promotional auctions and events for the guild
- recruiting members to participate

Recruitment;
- getting people to join; this means sending invites to people in art forums- while not spamming them or being pesty.

All of these people will have a lot of input towards the guild.
