These classes extra and dont come with the game, you would have to buy the quest seperatly from the cash shop.

These classes are close to unstopable, but -do- have weaknesses that will halt them from winning fights if conditions are right. These are obtained in the game just like any other prestige class, certain classes will be able to get to where you would need to go. Whether its a Priest, because it advances from it, or a Lancer because the NPC that gives you the class is on top of a huge cliff.
