Tsu's ears twitched from the the winter's night sky.. The breeze played with his fur in all sorts of directions.. He stood tall at the hill he inhabited. For the moment at least. His wooden paw helped him look more sturdy and just an overall look of strength in thought. Maybe even in heart. His yellow orb scanned the area.. a mist appeared in the valley below..
Yes. He was a wanderer.. But he usually traveled more at night or the days of more nightly extension so that the ground wouldn't seem to harsh.. Nor the weather.. His tail flapped around a moment as he examined the area.. He could see mountains that weren't so far off. Maybe there - maybe he could find a place to settle a while.. His thoughts grew quiet after the sound of small paws surrounded the bundles of brushes behind him.. The many critters he has seen throughout his travels.. how they seemed to make him not feel that everywhere he stepped was like a ghost city. He nodded to himself- acknowledging he was going to go on..
With his wooden paw first-then the rest following he made his was down the hill, slowly with certain steps and walking almost perfect even with his disability. The feeling around him wasn't unapproachable.. but softer.
The night fell before hand like a blanket- covering all whom slipped uner it.. But Tsu- was unaffected mostly.. His yellow orb danced around as he went on..

Kirara lay in the grass with her eyes closed and her face into the wind. Her fur dancing with the wind and the tips of her tails flicking up and down. She had a tune in her mind that helped her peaceful moment be more enjoyable. She had always been alone in the world, except for her encounter with one Ulaya, but that story is for another day.
The night sky seemed to come sooner then she had expected, the time always flew by when she was relaxing on her own. Releasing a wide yawn, Kirara rolled over onto her side and flopped her head down on a bushel of moss for a pillow. She had some hopes of doing something with her day but they went away as soon as she realized the time of day. Letting a sigh she looked up at the sky and watched the stars shimmer against the dark blue and black background. The night was clear, perfect for staying up late to watch the moon and stars above. Smiling with she let the night pass by her just as the day had before.

Tsu looked up at the sky then the sly dark path ahead of him... He shook his head lightly as whispers of wind slicked through his fur. Then he started again in the path. Occassionally one could hear the light tapping of his wooden paw to the soft ground. He could see where the landscape curved in to a greenry area but for the most part he could guess what there was. Empty or a 'family' was set out in the pastures as he always saw in his travels and how far away he was from the physical world of senses. Touch and the ability to speak with others. He wasn't that type. Rather, he was a traveler and he wasn't about to stop being one just to settle alone. New places and new horizons he thought but it was a rather light thought. One that can be disturbed or re newed easily. Night drew itself over him and the stars slowly came to be across the sky.
A Yellow orb sought out the path and ended with him in crossroads yet again.. More to the left he could see where the pastures were grazing up over the hill. Or did he choose to go through the dark paths set by others.. his mind didn't even give it a seconds thought. Three white paws set their way towards the passures little knowing that the wooden leg would lag them behind but with the Ulaya's strength.. he got over the hill. A humble passer-byer looked across the way... Ah. How wonderful it was... empty as he suspected- wait. His eye squinted a bit more to see a kind of yellow that seemed much darker with the night's help. He tilted his head lightly. Choosing to look forward for the yellow blur or... turn and head back towards the crossroads. He stood tall and firm and looked back a second.. then back towards the yellow.
"Ah. It could not hurt to see new things." He said softly to himself as he found himself walking towards it in a stride.. Very straight walked for a Ulaya with three legs + a wooden one.. An eye patch with his fluffed fur over his patch- scrapping over. When he got closer enough to examine it- a few feet away. he realized it was an Ulaya. Not ones that he had met before. With two tails? First a purple pup with one tail but slit at the end and now this. It never ceased to surprise him what the lands gave him blessing for him to see. He stood their quietly- not sure whether to disturb it or leave it and go back to his business in exploring more. Brissles of whiskers flew with the wind...
He didn't have anything much to say.. nor act upon so he decided to sit but once he tried to get settled his peg leg slipped in to an unnoticed hole. Perfect size for his leg- "Hm?" He slipped a bit but regained balance just as quickly. "Ah.." He blankly yellow orb looked down at the leg and his only thought said. 'it couldn't be better timing.Just couldn't wait til he was on the path alone but had to be when he was next to someone huh.' He shook his head. "What a coinsidence.." He softly mumbled- "Excuse me." His voice raised about a half of his normal soft toned soothing voice.

The breeze was soothing and cooled her just enough to be completely comfortable under the blanket of stars above. The tufts on her ears flicked about and shook with the ever so random twitches of the ear. Kirara was close to slipping away into slumber land and her dreams were starting to make shape behind her closed eyelids. A sudden sound focused her mind and the dream faded away, but she continued to lay still and hold her eyes closed. If she ignored the sounds then she would finally be completely asleep before she knew it. But then a voice could be heard, a slightly quiet sound that was just loud enough to wake her mind and return completely to reality.
Opening her eyes just slightly she promptly closed them again and began rubbing one with her paw, brushing away any other signs of slumber from them. Slowing opening them once again she looked around but couldn't see anything, causing her to be a little confused. Lifting her head she turned it around and finally saw a black and white cat Ulaya on the ground next to her. He was strange to her sight but she hadn't seen many other Ulayas around and didn't really mind how he looked.
Turing an ear back to make sure it was in fact him that she heard she looked him over some more and noticed that his wooden peg foot was stuck in a notch in the ground. "Oh my, are you stuck?" It seemed a bit obvious that he was but she didn't want to assume anything for he seemed like a nice Ulaya and might be willing to give her some company for the night.

Her movements- lazed and solemn. Had he found the most gracious thing before his eyes as he met with her eyes. Now- he had a better view of her , and slowly examining....
Tsu looked down, and slowly settled in closer to where his leg slipped through the hole. He tried to wiggle his way out- but the hole held a tight grip over his wooden leg. "Hm.. it would seem so.." He looked almost as clueless- or paid no real threat attention to his unfortunate accident, for now that he noticed.. this odd Ulaya was friendly- and didnt right off the bat growl at his arrival. He took everything in stride, though he wished this wasn't done in front of such a beautiful gal such as herself.
Her voice cooed through his ears, it was a pleasant voice, he couldnt say that about much others.. so noisy all the time.. A mysterious chuckle came from his maw, and his only yellow orb of an eye disappeared as he closed it with his black fur. "Seems Im not going anywhere for a bit. Though I thank, that it is in a quiet place.. " Then he thought more about the situation. "Oh. Sorry- you must have been sleeping.. forgive me to honest for disturbing you- I would leave but.. i cant at the moment... Just your yellow fur intrigued this old eye of mine." Then his yellow orb returned to view..
Noticing the distinct features on the female.. He only could smile softly to her- in hopes of forgiveness in his part for interrupting her peace. Whiskers blew with the winds that kindly took his fur within it, Softly... He didn't take any special care of his fur, though the white parts of it seemed to look like.. snow. Of how white it was- even though he always walked a great deal and ended up in messy situations. His free paw though, he raised and slowly combed the hair over his patch as he let himself smile. Which was rare..
He almost to never showed any particular emotion to anything.. Just very calming nature surrounded him even though he didn't stay long enough with anyone to form a relationship with them be it any or friendship- for anyone to know how he was.

Rolling her body over she raised herself up off the ground and proceeded to sit next to him to ponder his dilemma. She wondered where he had come from for she didn't think and Ulayas would be out at this time of the night, not wandering around anyway. "It's very quite, and peaceful." Her face gleamed with a pleasant smile as she replied to his words. Kirara was glad that he was so nice and he sounded rather friendly and fund to spend time with. But she shook that thought out of her mind, figuring that he probably had better things to do then sit around in a field with her. Not ever Ulaya in the world is as care free as herself after all.
She sat there for a moment, just looking at him. His fur and body looked soft yet rough at the same time, as if he had been around the world and back. She enjoyed the short time she had with him so far but then put her ears back and shook her head, bringing herself back to reality again. "I'm sorry.' She felt a little embarrassed for staring at him, she just couldn't help it, keeping her eyes off him was proving difficult. Smiling again she looked back down at his stuck wood peg and pondered to herself how she planned to help him get out. She didn't want to splinter the wood with her claws or anything and wasn't sure how else to get a good grip on it.

"Im used to it." He said softly- but very humble about his several disabilities that often were put to surface as he met others. Shrugging and then when she remaked about how the fields were. That was different... He thought about this then he looked at her after the fields. "Of course. Nights like these you want to just stay up for... Or settle for the moment." He gave a light chuckle at himself.
He stayed in one spot when nights like these came.. or he strolled slowly so he could see the vast scenery.
"No need to apologize though." He looked back down at the wooden paw. This... would be interesting but he didnt fret about it.. he knew in the back of his mind that if it rained it would soften up the soil... or. The morning dew.. he'd have to wait about that time if he wanted to take it out himself- not knowing if the female wanted to help him or not.. but he felt the stare down.. but he didn't care. He didn't mind- everyone did it.
"Ah.." He looked up at the sky now.. his body in a laz position except for the awkward position in his wooden paw. Looking up.. but in just moments the yellow orb disappeared again- in the black fur. "I should be the one saying sorry. I must have disturbed you when you were asleep Im assuming.. I was just a little too curious tonight I believe." Talking for him took a lot out of him though.. but .. somehow it didnt seem to strain him that much tonight.

Kirara followed him and looked up at the sky herself, admiring the stars above. They always gave her a rather soothing mood when she resided beneath them and was quite over joyed that her new guest thought they were just as pretty as she did. "Oh, don't be sorry. I've been sitting her all day relaxing on the grass. It's such a peaceful field, I rarely ever see anyone passing through here anymore."
Lowering her body back down to the ground she rested on her belly with a tail wrapped around her side and the other one flicking at the tip. She usually did that when she was rather comfortable and relaxed. Looking down at her own paws she began pruning her mane, subconsciously worried that it wasn't neat and presentable for the other Ulaya. She didn't normally worry about her own looks, for her own features were rather apparent and impossible to hide, but she had noticed that some grass was threaded through her hairs and became slightly embarrassed that another saw her in such a state.

He sighed.. then heard. Movement. His ear gave a twitch before he let himself open his eye again.. Ah, so she was lying her before but now. He hadnt notice she followed his gaze though, and looked over to her gently. Hm? Noticing she was combing it seemed through her mane.. and a face he couldn't describe.. He blinked a few times before leaning over to her and picking a leaf from her head. He held it in his maw and moved down towards her face and put the leaf in front of her. Giving a rather weak smile, then he offered his paw to her. His other paw of course that wasn't stuck and padded the tiny hair that was sticking up- for having slept on the grass, her mane didnt mess up as much as others would..
or. Was that after he saw her combing her mane. No matter, he padded once more before he gently returned his paw on top of his stubbed wooden paw. Her wrinkled his nose, then chuckled humbly. This company with- an unusual Ulaya wasn't bad at all and now.. he was glad he stopped and trotted over.. Curiosity killed the cat.. but not this one apparently. It was luck he thought.
His tail padded from each side lazily and his ears pulled back, his head slowly moving to the side, with his eyes closed and feeling the light breeze on his face, which lifted this hair and fur to look like a sea of darkness and snow.
Revealing his patch. Which was covered all this time before. "mmmm."

Cleaning her fur was an often chore she dealt with, something she normally didn't think about in the least. But in the company of the black and white male she felt sub-conscious about her appearance and filled with the strong urge to look impressive. Suddenly looking up with movement in her eyes she saw him leaning in towards her and lowering her head down with a blush as he pulled the small leaf off from her head. Blinking a couple of times she smiled, her cheeks still flushed with red, and let out a soft thank you. So quiet that even she wasn't sure if it was muttered out loud or not.
Kirara cleared her mind and settled down her cheeks when she finally looked back up at him and noticed an eye patch that wasn't as visible before. Tilting her head with a couple of thoughts in her mind about it she let out another smile and looked back up at the stars. "They really are pretty tonight, like shimmering twilight in the distance." She paused for a moment or two and then looked back down at him, kindness in her eyes. "Sometimes it just makes you feel so small, doesn't it?" She always pictured the vast universe with herself, being one of the most minuscule being in the make of it all. She often thought largely of everything, it made her feel like she had a purpose in the world, just never knew what it was.

He nodded softly with his ears fanning up as she talked then lowered when she stopped. "Ah. Well." He started with his eyes closed.
"I believe us to be just fragments. Pieces to a greater puzzle it would seem. Though, if we were feeling small.. how big would ants feel." He chuckled some to himself- things were worse in other situations... Thats how he thought of things. He leaned down and opened his eye to her. "Though.. I think the stars.. are a bit brighter tonight. More than I have seen them from the last. There. Was a saying to that.. " He began then lifted his head again.. quieting his tail down to a minor flap every couple minutes. "Though I think its pretty much a tall tale. You hear a lot of those when your traveling." He softly pawed at his cheek some to clear away the tickling feeling in his cheek- but he still remained as calm and composed. When he glanced her way.. her cheeks became a lil darker he noticed but didn't think much of it..
He replayed the tall tale in his head and pondered if it were true or not. Though.. he could be wrong in any answer he came to. He looked up- a yellow orb raised with the crescent's light glaring in to them. "Your welcome." He said as quietly as she did her thank you.. Twas calming and eased him so to hear her..

Smiling from him speaking of stories she begins to remember one that she was told as a pup. "I remember my mother telling me that if you're ever lucky enough to see a shooting star then you'll be blessed for the rest of your life." She enjoyed the thought of that and mostly enjoyed remember her mother, someone she hadn't seen since she grew up. Looking over to the male she began watching him without even realizing it, the patch and the gray of his maw made him look wise and quite stunning to her. Shutting a shiver she began to eye the area next to him, for a slightly chilling breeze overcame her. Perhaps it was really the wind or maybe even her mind telling her to move, it wasn't particularly clear. Raising her body up she walked over to him and sat down, resting her body close to his. "Do you mind if I lay here? I'm starting to get chilly." She was rather comfortable being next to him like that, especially since she she usually sheltered herself from other's company.

"Hm? ...." He watched her stand and then he looked at the empty space beside him. "I don't mind. Well, if you dont. Then I won't neither.. " He smiled kindly.. then looked up at the stars again.
"Well. I heard.. That when you touch someone's paw.. you can feel if they are the ONE for you. And then I heard that the stars will shine brighter.. " He trailed off his words and closed his eyes absorbing the thought. "... It is kinda getting chilly.. But I cant really move so your gunna have to come over here quickly or we'll both be cold." He softly chuckled... Knowing that he wasn't cold at all. But.. he wouldn't mind giving the femme a thought or two. When she came over he padded his tail slowly.. Thinking if he should be more helpful, then he gave it a thought. pondering then he lightly rubbed his shoulder to her leg, but so lightly.. just to convey a small portion of heat he could conserve.. then he leaned back to where he laid. His ears waving slowly as the air took flight. "What do you think about the tale..."

Kirara felt herself blush before she looked down at her own paws and smiled. "I'm not sure how to think about that one." She didn't believe in true love and all of that anymore, not since her previous encounter with another Ulaya. Lowering her head she rested it upon Tsu's shoulder and began to think of a life without worry, a life with a home for her family, a life with love. Without realizing it she began to let out a soft purr as she imagined her world, she didn't wanna come back to reality but when she did it was slowly. Tsu's scent gave her a pleasant feeling, like she never wanted to move again, so she took her time doing so.

When she leaned on him. He didn't mind not one bit. In fact.. he felt his heart give a warm feeling. Then.. he felt himself do something.. He hadnt ever done. He hadn't even gave much attention to females at all. Here or there he'd do something that others considered prince like. But.. He sighed.. as to feel the sadness of the other not believing in a sort of love. He softly leaned in nuzzling her cheek with his maw.. In comfort..almost. Then. He lightly put a paw on top of hers.. feeling the size difference.. and knowing how fragile..
Then his lightly put his head on top of hers.. To even so pull her in to him softly..Warmly. "...I believe it." He softly admitted.. almost saying it in a whisper in her ear. Then he gave a lightly lick to her ear. As to say it was so- submitting himself afterwards to look to the sky. Sure enough.. it was how he thought it would be like. Keeping this to himself he closed his eye and let his mind be comforted by the other's touch.. And the .. feeling of someone lying next to him. Instead of being alone..
His ears fanned backwards.. This.. Feeling..It was something he never remembered expirencing.
