Stranding off the pathways towards the sewers and subways (to the east) is where the central hub of the power for all free-standing underground facilities are. Replicas have bunkered themselves in and refuse to give up this post in order to maintain a sort of control over the other pathways that do not directly connect wit the sewers or subways. It is considered an obstacle, more than assist, to regain the control over the small power room.
