If your fledgling's cert has been updated with a fancy floating feather, then that means they are ready to join Sentinel society! Enough time has passed for them to (in theory) become proficient enough in flight and practiced enough with their Will to become a self-sufficient member of the clan. The only thing left to do is pick a task! If your fledgling has not chosen a task within two weeks of the growing notice being posted on his or her cert then your fledgling will be grown into the base lineart, with no customization, as a Watcher. It is your responsibility to keep track of your growings and advise us accordingly.
If you would like to take part in a group RP graduation ceremony, then let us know and we will try to arrange as many sessions as needed. There is no guarantee that a ceremony will occur and your fledgling will grow regardless! We will try to arrange to run ceremonies a few times a year, and at that time you will be welcome to flashback-RP your fledgling taking part (if it is appropriate, PM the Herald if you are not sure).
