The wind caused his mane to ripple out like a proud banner in the wind, snapping and asserting itself against the element, his eyes scanned around for a moment. It was silent, and yet everything seemed to be screaming aloud, the stallion shuddered for a long moment.
He wasn't used to being free like this, he tilted his face up towards the brimming sun, its warmth was welcome from the linger chill that seemed to have its claws in the land, he flicked his nubby stump of a tail, it had once been long and silken like his mane, but with a snort he let those thoughts die away before making his way towards the sounds of a bubbling stream.
It seemed to be calling him to take a taste...and who was he to deny it its wishes? Oh no, he wasn't one of those..was he? Blasted he'd no clue at the moment..

Such yield thoughts could barely be kept through the dry breeze, while most among anything the hint of spring embraced the air with a warm choke. Shortly held, Rhoswen’s eyes would seek past the meadow, with an unsettled step or two. The rest were calm but cautious as the wind blew just a gust from time to time.
Against the painted sky even for a pale mare, she had made a shade that barely contrasted with the trees that reached towards the red and pink hues. The frore winds batted at her tan cheeks only making what could be golden red if not maybe a little bit pink, though at the distance, her clear blue eyes had matched the horizon’s blue clouds as if placing a sapphire upon illumination.
The grass was wet, if not a little bit cold, but silly butterflies mocked the chill and pattered about in circles, risking their very wings to become weary and ill. Rhoswen watched, and looked towards the trees for a second as if not wanting to return, but curious what was happening. She was both jealous, if not annoyed by her own father’s new favorite, and the son being the center of attention, as she decided to go on her own.
Perhaps just then she’d prove she’s tough enough to come back on her own too, with out needing escorted by either three of the stallions that made up a small team. Though she laughed just a little, she walked forward towards the river, expecting the water would be isolated, but not even watching where she was going, she stopped right at the water, and lifted her head, if not her shoulders in both fear and bluff.
“Aye?!” Pulling back way too suddenly, the swishing of her baby silver locks flung against her face with a rear of fright. But then she used it at least to take a turn to the left, seeing the stallion. Quite an unusual site, but this time with out fear, she walked forward, leaning on the front quarters with her head tilted at his direction, like a childish girl about to run away from something, but seeing it wasn’t so scary at all. “Oh. Hehe. Sorry…”
Lowering her head, the pale footed mare bowed her head in a little bit of shame. “Didn’t mean to startle you, but I myself was quite startled.” Rambling was she? She bit her lip but smiled sheepishly, but lifted her gaze back up to make sure he wasn’t too angry with the sudden commotion. “I didn’t see you at first either, but feel free to continue what you were doing.
She looked even more embarrassed by the few seconds, and walked back just a little, and turned with a swish of her wings, she turned and left her half way open but in a curve, much like a worse bluff than the last. Though with the balance of her wings, maybe she could look not too shocked, she thought, while taking a few gulps of the water, at least further away from the shockingly pale entity she worried that she intruded the privacy. Even more-so she was hoping at least he’d say something.

He snorted a light chuckle at the rambling mare, how could he jugde her about her vocal ramblings as he did it within his own mind to himself. So who was truly more crazy?
"Tis alright.. I did not mean to startle you at all.." He flicked his small tail with a light bow.
Lowering his head, he lipped up a good portion of the cooling water that he'd be lusting for.
He was quiet amused by her tactics, they held an innocence that the world seemed to be choking out these days.
Quiet refreshing. He thought with a flick of his ear.
Lifting his head, he gave a crooked smile. "Im Aton, and its a pleasure.." He stepped back a bit, giving her more than ample room to do with what she pleased.
He wouldnt crowd her, let her be her own mare. The best of them always came out when they were left to blossom in the open.

The lavender bangs fell and rattled against the sides of her face like a shy rabbit hides behind leaves, she peered from one eye at least. The stallion was certainly unusual, but a sight full. Though she didn’t want to let things settle with simple things said at all. Didn’t fit her curiosity.
“Startle me? Heh. If anything shocked me perhaps a little, but I have four legs... I’ll run if I think I need to.”
Studying him, she actually went closer to almost study him closer, but in an obvious way for now. “I don’t think I’ve seen anyone really with more than one color in their eyes.. Let alone with the same lost depths. What does your two-legger call you?”
As a youth still, she had a hard time holding back what she said. She never met a kalona but had heard scary tales of them. He might be one if she got him mad she had thought, but also disbelieved at the same time. He looked too calm to make rash decisions.

He wasnt sure what to make of her openly eyeing him in such a manner, his head cocked to the side as his cropped tail flickered a bit in the wafting breeze that came off the small flow of water the stood under their hooves.
His eyes traveled down her frame, lingering on her wings. He hadnt been free that long, winged creatures were a bit new to him, a shock to his system really.
"I dont see a reason that you'd need to run from me..least not at the moment.." Aton added the last part with a bit of a somber stare. He wouldnt hurt her...but Dismas may..but he wouldnt would he? no..right? He looked a bit baffled for a second before the look disappeared.
He blinked at her words about his eyes, he only knew one another with eyes like his, Chepi had them, same colors just in reverse.."I dont think anyone has ever said that before.." His brows knit together, but at the mention of two leggers, he took a step back..
"They called me..Aton..." He said with a faint smile.
"And Dismas..." His voice darkened a bit, deepening as a flickering gleam in his eyes tightened.

Something about how he had looked baffled and strange amused her. “Oh? Two names?” She stepped back though when it seemed his mood switched at any brevity. With a stare, she figured she’d make another question, “Or entities?” This time her voice mellowed with the same fiery tone. It was to tease, but also to be sure.
Usually only unikalonas has the myth of being two beings at once, so she was almost curious by now if he was related to one- or was. He had no horns, but maybe they were like deers, and they fell off during certain periods unless pregnant.
“I only have one name- it means white rose. Rhoswen.” She bowed her head with a steady gesture, but then looked at him.
“If I had another entity, I’d introduce her, I’m sure.” He may have not answered, but her grin was playful.
