  TV.com Sora Naegino is a 16-year old girl from Japan with one dream – to be a star on the famous Kaleido Stage, a combination of musicals, acrobatics and magical effects. Thus, she travels to America in an attempt to fulfill her dream. With the help of her new friends, she struggles to make this dream come true! But, all is not well, as Sora must overcome numerous adversities and strive to be better than the famous veterans of Kaleido Stage. In addition, it seems that Sora is the only one who can see the mysterious “Spirit of the Stage” named Fool. This can mean only one thing, Sora is destined to be great, that is if she can work hard and overcome the hardships along the way. Does Sora have what it takes to be a great, the best, or even a legend...? Did/Does anybody here watch this show besides me? I really, really adored this anime. It’s been a while since I saw it, but I remember that the soundtracks and art are fantastic. Tell me your favorite characters, comments, or how much you love this series! ='3

Kaleido Star is pretty cute x333.
The only thing I didn't like was that sometimes it got a little boring and/or annoying, like after the first few episodes, where they're just doing the different shows and stuff, before there's any plot twist.
And sadly I never could get into the second season, May annoyed me WAAAAAAAAAY too much D'x. So I just read spoilers on it >_>;;;;. It sounds good, its just i'd prolly have to skip everything with May in it if I watched. Fool rocks, he was my favorite character x3.

Love the show - it's adorable!
My favorite character is fool, definately, probably followed by callous or leila.
I've yet to see the second season - I can't find it anywhere!

I haven't seen all of season one, but I'm still trying to finish a thousand of other animes. Lol. So, I can't say who my favorite character is yet... My favorite act is the mermaid one Sora came up with.

only remeber the first episodes, but i guess cuzz i watched them wht my friend a couple of days after her dad died it made a lasting impresion confused It made Momo happy so we watched it a couple of times together sad

I use to watch Kaelido Star when it was on On Demand. I love the series and it was quite cute. The Fool was probably the funniest of all the characters.

Sora's enthusiasm was pretty funny sometimes, though it kinda got old a bit.
