ok see i am watching the charmed episodes on tnt right and i have so far seen almost all of the episodes but when Prue dies they keep skipping it and its AH you know?

Well, they don't actually show Prue dying. All three girls are shown being in life threatening danger at the end of season three, and than on the beginning of season four, they show Piper trying to summon a lost sister. And that's when people find out that Prue died.

at the end of season three they left it open
all you know was that Piper and Prue got attack by Shaxs and since Phoebe was not there she could not call for Leo
and by the time he got there it was either Piper or Prue
and he save Piper.....hence because she is his wife and Shannen was leaving
the source was suppose to warn them but of course he wanted the power of three destroy.....
and then Piper is crying over the death in the next episode..
