My name is Kelez and I am the leader of the Recon team. I will try to be as fair as possible to all Recon members.
If your here, then you must have some interest in Recon. This is how I will run this team:
1. Recon is about gathering intel on the battlefield, so we are spies, but more than that; we are surveyors, scoping out the fields so the other teams know exactly how to attack.
2. I want my team to be as coordinated as possible. We are also an advance guard for any suprise attacks, so if attacked we must be able to defend each other as a group.
3. We will scout out territory of enemies, more than likely we WILL get ambushed. When you are being attacked from all angles, you better hope the guy next to you doesn't do something stupid and get you killed. So all members MUST be coordinated with the group, and MUST communicate.
4. We will have many training days in the Towns in which we will work on coordination, communication, and efficiency. These will be designated after I have named my chain of command
5. To move up the chain of command you must show skill on the training days, respond fast, and respond correctly to orders, and pass a Gaia Battle System knowledge test
6. When a large battle is called in, after scouting the land, we will become escorts for Dazed members, escorting and protecting them to the Healer circle.
7. Every member must respect the code and fight not for himself/herself, but for the person next to him/her.
8. This team is the heart of the Battle Teams, without us all battles would just be people randomly attacking, dying all over the place. We bring strategy to the field, we stop the enemy reinforcements, we protect our clan!
9. If all goes well we will be the most efficient, most coordinated, BEST team in our clan.
