[I am very sorry if this is in the wrong area! I just really need the help]

I have a pair of Platforms similar to the ones here:
http://www.rivithead.com/product_info.php/products_id/73
Only in white...

Now my problem is:
The strap on my shoes broke, not on the buckle side but on the side where the strap actually connects to the shoe. I tryed superglueing the strap back in but that did nothing because I tryed them back on a few days later and by the time i reached my kitchen they'd died again.

The shoes are pretty heavy (given the heel) so I really need both straps to keep them on my feet and I don't have the money at the moment to buy some new ones. So if anyone could give me any advise I would be SOOO greatful!

I'm aware of how ghetto this sounds but use black duct tape it ALWAYS gets the job done right.

Maybe you could try stapling it? I don't think anything's really going to work since the shoes are so heavy. Maybe you could attach (sew, staple) an elastic strap underneath the normal one to the inside of the shoe so the real strap won't have the full weight of the shoe pulling on it. Does that make sense?
