Subterranean Duct System
Below the entire structure of the facility is a piping system that houses both electrical and water management. There is even a sewage way that is self-recycling for economical purposes. The structure has small ventilation ways that generally lead to all points within the facility except the main vault, which is still completely sealed off--even from ATC, Replica, and Nightcrawler forces. Not even F.E.A.R. or SFOD-D operatives know of what lies within the vault still. Nevertheless, these waterways have connections to all except the vault.
