[ ] It typically takes a year for scamming/hacking reports, although sometimes it takes longer, shorter, or half of the time they aren't resolved at all. If the scammer/hacker didn't sell your items before they get perma-banned, then you will get them back. []

[] I'm pretty sure that they look into all of the problems, but sometimes they can't do anything about it. It really sucks for those they can't help.
