OK! ontop of my sleeping problems, i have something else on my mind >.<
on friday, i was walking back with a friend from the gym, and he hit me as joke, i said "Alan wouldn't have hit me that hard!" his response: "Yeh, well, that's 'cos he's in love with you..."
ok, so, rewind to who these guys are:
Duncan: about a year and a half ago he started to like me...alot apparently, and only this summer he "got over me"
Alan: a guy i've become really close to that past 6 months or so...he's become my self-proclaimed "big brother", even though he's only 2 days older than me. since coming to University we've been spending alot of time together, pretty much become reliant on each other, and i love him to bits...
so, i dunno whether to believe Duncan that he loves me or just to take as him winding me up...

Well, most likely Duncan it just pushing your buttons,
like this kid at my school, Jordan.
Everybody teases him and says he likes this girl named Lindsay just because they hang out a lot.
But he really doesn't.
Another explanation is that Duncan might be teasing you about that because he is jealous that you and Alan are so close to each other.
Or.. Alan might just like you.
And if he does, he'll probably, eventually ask you out,
or just keep it to himself so as not to ruin your friendship.
In my mind you have three options here.
1. Press Duncan for more details.
2. Confront Alan about his feelings or
3. Just let things play out.

Only, personally, I'd
just let things play out.
If Alan really does like
you, maybe something
will happen [only if you
want it to, though].
If Duncan was just playing
around...idk, maybe Duncan
still likes you and just wanted
to see how you reacted when
he said something like that.

Yeah, you can't really tell if he was joking or not by just that.
But wait a bit, and if Alan does really like you, then he might do something about it.
But is Duncan the joking sort of person?

oh, i left out a bit, when i didn't believe him he said "I heard it fromt he horse's mouth" but Alan says he loves me all the time...
anyway
Winter: i'mma go with #3, in case Duncan was just playing around...
Shiny: haha...funny you should say that sweatdrop at New Year, me Alan and Leigh (thier other friend) were all drunk, as you would expect, and got onto the subject of if Duncan still liked me >.< all Leigh did was shrug, smile, and rasie his eyebrows, lol >.< helpful? nooooo
Berries: yes, he really is...it's hard to tell when he's serious, and now he's got me paranoid, lol sweatdrop

now that Duncan's mentioned it, every time Alan shows a little bit of affection i'm thinking "Ok...how does he mean that?!" when he's just being completely normal...
and, to top it off, i'm thinking it may be easier than my current relationship, but i'm truly in love and i feel like s**t for thinking that...

Uhm... huh? o.O I'm so confused... If you are thinking of other people while in a happy loving relationship, then maybe you really aren't happy? Or maybe you're having doubts? Sometimes it happens... You wonder what your life would be like with the other person but realize how happy you are with the one you're with now. You shouldn't feel bad.. People do it from time to time. There's no harm in it. It's just your mind wandering :3

There's nothing wrong with my relationship as it stands...he's the most caring person i know, and because of my hospital trip on sunday, and him not knowing what was going on, i'm positive he loves me more than anyone else could...
so i dunno why i'm having thoughts about what it would be like with someone else...maybe he's moving too fast for me, and i should tell him...i dread that conversation >.<
annnnd...it's only recently that Alan has called me his "little sister" or "my little Faye"...i don't see how it could go from that to what Duncan says he feels...

I think Alan's just being annoying.
Like how I was friends with this boy and he would b=give me flowers and candy sometimes at school. Well everyone started saying that he loves me and told everyone that and carved on the bass drum in band saying "I love Katlyn" etc. etc. But he probably doesn't!! He dosn't act like it and I've been friends with him and he's too shy to tell people who he likes. (Unlike me. I should keep my big mouth shut because all the guys I like find out I like them...) He also isn't going to vandilize school property by writing that he loves me on it. That rumer came up last year too in 5th grade. (They have different bass drums at the schools and I doubt that he would damage both drums.)
It's just annoying when people say that!! I'm no longer his friend now and barely see him so people have stopped saying that but you probably don't want to stop being Duncan's friend. I stopped being his friend for personality clashing problems and such but yeah...
